I’ve gone here several times for my oil change and other vehicle repairs. Prices are on the higher end for some services. I would recommend to check for any coupons available on their website. It could save you some bucks.

I purchased a certified Pre-Owned XT5 from Patric Cadillac. My sales person was **** and the used car manager was ****. **** and **** are both great people to do business with. I had some issues that were taken care of promptly. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank You

Sales team , general manager and finance couldn't get on the same page. One group told us the car we wanted was sold , they other called us back to close the deal that we agree on. No thanks, we left.

I found my car online at Patrick and came and saw it, the salesman was fine. Then we did paperwork and I left the car there to be detailed because it had cigarette ashes all over it and medicine bottles of whoever had it before. The people there assured that 2 days later they'd have it detailed and cleaned, fast forward two days later I come to pick up my vehicle, it was just as dirty as it was when I test drove it. Possibly dirtier. They promised to come pick it up a few days later and have it detailed. They did, however the detailing wasn't that great but it didn't have cigarette ashes all over it. Anyways fast forward to a couple days ago my car started to tell me it needs an oil change. So I called to check if the dealership did an oil change on the vehicle when it was in there, they cannot tell me. So who know when it had an oil change.

I wasn't in the market for a Cadillac but my lease was up on my Buick and I had to act fast. I had been to other car dealers but those sales people were shabbily dressed, with high pressure sales tactics. But here at Patrick, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and management. Joe the manager answered all my questions about leasing the new car, and the what the warranty covers and doesn't cover. Edward the salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and explained all the "bells and whistles" of the 2022 Cadillac that we leased today. So now I'm all set for the next 39 months.

Really not happy with Patrick.... I scheduled an appointment with service and they asked me if they could give me a free estimate to buy my car from me. I told them all I wanted was service and not looking to sell my car, but if they wanted to have an estimate for me I would consider it. When I went to pick my car up I paid for service and asked for my keys so I could leave. I was told my keys were with a salesperson. I said I had no intentions or time to sit with a salesperson and upfront stated I was not in the market to buy a new car. I really didn't even care to sell my car, but said to just write down the appraisal and I'll consider it. Basically, I was held hostage for 10 minutes as they wouldn't give me my car keys until I sat and listened to why they thought I needed a new car.... And after saying probably 3 times I was not buying a new car. If you think my Cadillac is that bad, maybe you're sending a message that you don't think Cadillac retains it's quality and value after a couple years. Disappointed in Cadillac and how they serve their customers. Even though the car was fixed, the service wasn't great and some service advisors shouldn't really be working there.

The Volvo xc90 we bought is awesome. However, Steven Safavi and Jose Gonzalez were terrible to deal with. Jose misrepresented the interest rate on the loan, but it was too late to back out of the deal because we already sold my wife's car. When I discussed the issue with Steven, he was condescending and argumentative. Jose also promised an upgrade to my wife's xc90, but has failed to follow through. We have called and e-mailed for weeks and nothing has been done. I would not buy a car from this dealership again. Also, be careful when filling out the finance documents with Amar Marashli. I did not receive my first bill, and even though I financed the car through Patrick, Amar would not help me.

It was time to renew the lease. Grant at Patrick Cadillac found the perfect car! An XT5 with the perfect engine, every extra we wanted, and in a very timely manner. Not only did we get our new car quickly in this time of supply chain interruptions, but Grant also found the appropriate rebates and had all the paperwork in order so that our time at the dealership was kept to a minimum. Thank you for another great Cadillac, Grant and Patrick Cadillac!!

Do NOT buy a car from them. They have the WORST customer service. I purchased at 2020 XT6 in April. At purchase, I was given one key fob. I asked if there was another key fob. They told me yes, they had one in the back. They needed to find it then they would mail it to me. That never happened. I have emailed and called at least 12 times, with no help. I was eventually told they had my key fob, but I needed to drive 4 hours to them for it to be programmed. I said pleas

I drove far out of my way to go to this dealership to have my car serviced at 7:45am which I had a scheduled appointment only to be told the technicians are on strike after I arrived. Not only that, but they have been on strike for some time now. I understand strikes can happen, but not to receive a head-up phone call that this as taking places is inconsiderate and unacceptable!Services: Oil change

When negotiating over the phone with the used sales department and was having a pleasant conversation with one of the sales associates about trading in my vehicle for another, JOSE rudely interrupts the conversation without even announcing he's listening in, and says, if you're not interested, I'm not interested in selling you the car, then continues to try and berate me. What a JOKE this guy JOSE is for being the used car sales manager of 21 years... he claims. Looks like by reading other reviews, JOSE is obviously a problem and yet they let him continue to sell cars. STAY AWAY from JOSE GONZALEZ.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!! I bought a car and didn't receive my title and plates for over 8 months after I purchased it. They continued to make mistakes when filing the information with the Secretary of State (they admitted to me these mistakes). I couldn't drive my car for 5 months after my temporary tags expired (3 months). They continued to just blame the Secretary of State though. They wouldn't offer me anything for compensation. And, when I contacted Cadillac corporate, the only thing they'd offer me is 1 oil change. Come on!!! Stay away from this dealership.

On par with any other car buying experience I've had at a dealership. Bought a used benz from here with Jermey R as the point of contact. He answered all questions we had, and was professional. They stayed there over an hour after closing so I could leave with the car that night. Trade in was process was smooth as well.

They sell you a vehicle with the utmost respect after that you can forget about it. They lie and dodge you to the fullest. My wife and I did a trade in and they were suppose to pay the trade in off in full. My second payment is due soon and they still haven't paid the trade in off . The financial lady Nicole is a fraud and one of the most dishonest person I have ever met. She lie and avoid you at all cost.. they have lost my future business and I advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership
