Highly recommend. Anna was great to work with - explained the process in details and was always prompt to reply and provide updates. Repairs were completed in the timeframe that was discussed. Quality of work is outstanding, especially paintwork.

Did a great job replacing a door and repainting after a car accident. Also open to interesting long term projects.
Don't forget good body work is expensive and they do a good job.
A molding piece on the door after the repair (stuff happens, it was the part, not the people) was a little loose after some driving. I called them on Saturday morning. I brought it back to them on Monday and they fixed it immediately.

This was a total nightmare from beginning to end first of all they kept my car for a month and a half. They failed to do a proper inspection which, resulting in them having to continuously have the insurance claim adjuster come out to verify parts apparently needed the quality of work was shady at Best my car drives funny. I’m having suspension issues here and weird noises. They left scuff marks and glue stains and some weird chemical haze all over my vehicle. All the steel chrome part has some kind of chemical. I can’t get it off. All my mirrors were glazed over I scrape them off so they wouldn’t look foggy and they still have fog spots on them. There’s a stain that I pointed out when I picked the vehicle up they left. They tried to tell me they didn’t, leave scrape marks or scuff marks on the rear passenger side window and no glue stains. Could possibly have been on my back windshield because they didn’t touch it but they had to take the entire windshield out to fix the repairs serious lack of communication throughout the entire process made this even more frustrating. I kept asking for definitive date that I can pick up my car cause I live so far away I have to actually schedule a day off of work just to get there and back and it couldn’t even give me that, I am totally unsatisfied with with the quality of work with the cleanliness of vehicle. They left script dirt marks, and smudges on the end. I have white leather interior. They left smudges and dirt Mark in the backseat no one sits in the backseat of my vehicle in my driver seat , I would never recommend this company and I swear I would’ve never let them work on my vehicle. Had it not been a jaguar and jaguar only sells their parts to certified jaguar shops and they’re the one of the two only ones in the state I should’ve went to the other one even though it was further away. I probably would’ve had a better experience, but this was a nightmare so if you have a jaguar, you have an accident or you need some work repair done and Jaguar parts do not go through them go to the other one or send it to another state.
