Technician Anthony did a great job and went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right and his boss also helped A lot as well( sorry forgot your bosses name ) . Patrick Cadillac has done a great job servicing my truck. I will continue to bring my truck back to them for any problems I have in the future. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me and look forward to doing future business

Our prior Cadillac dealership minutes from our home that we purchased two cars from has not been the most gratifying place to deal with the past ten years for numerous reasons. We decided it was time for a change so my wife chose Patrick Cadillac about an hour north as they had the car she was looking for according to their online inventory. I have to say the experience was exceptional from the moment we drove into the lot. The salesman Steve stepped out within minutes to introduce himself. From the first moments, we were both quite comfortable. Within minutes he and a porter brought two vehicles from the other lot. We drove both of them, came back and talked in the office. We became even more at ease because there was good natured conversation and absolutely no hard sell tactics. Turns out Steve is an exceptional long term employee and holds many accomplishment awards. The visit with Michael (finance) was equally pleasant and the business aspects was concisely presented which was equally gratifying.
Bottom line, we owned a new car in an hour.
As the car was being prepared for delivery, we had some coffee brewed from a most amazing machine in the waiting lounge. Thank you for a great experience. We are looking forward to our future relationship with Patrick Cadillac.

Everyone we dealt with at Patrick Cadillac was awesome. They took care of us and gave us the best deal possible. Jesse had everything ready for us and cleaned up. He went above and beyond to find my wife and I exactly what we wanted, we couldn’t be happier. Joey was great to deal with and made our choice to go with Patrick Cadillac even easier. Michale was also great to deal with and worked with us to get our flat line where we wanted it. I recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a Cadillac.
