Angelo from Patrick BMW was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me with getting the specific car I wanted. He also came in early to help process all of the necessary paperwork so that I could get my car before I went out of town. I want to personally thank him for answering all of my questions no matter how many or what time it was.

My car is 2 years old and it keep over heating....asked for and appointment to bring it in for a check. I need a loaner and have had one or more in the past. Now they want me to have $300k liability, $100k for personal injury and another $100k just for a loaner. Which was not required in the past 2 or 3 times I needed a loaner vehicle....they responded with 'We are very sorry for the inconvenience of the loaner' (REALLY?)

The Patrick promise is a bunch of hogwash!!!
Bought an EV 3 weeks ago. Charger died while car in garage so I called dealer at 7:30pm. Amanda transferred me to a manager and speakerphone was on. He was on another call when I heard “ let me call you back and take this bullshit call” word for word he said that and then picked up my call.
He offered no help. Roadside offered no help.
New car dead in garage pretty much as I don’t live near chargers.
Don’t believe all the crap. At the end of the day it’s still a car dealership and all that comes with.
Sales guy was fantastic, salvo. But he can only do what he can do.
I called bmw financial to see if they funded the loan yet and if Illinois was a first payment default state. I would have made them eat this thing.
Don’t believe the Patrick promise!!!!!!
P.s. don’t bother putting your standard reply on here apologizing and asking me to reach out. We tried all that already. I’m just a BS customer.

I wish I could give him 10 stars where I can only do the max of five stars. All his coworkers were very nice to us as well. The best service we always received from them.

We worked with Angelo Tramuta and found he was very patient and worked with us on the price of a CRV trade in. There were no hidden fees or numbers added in the cost of the vehicle. He also had a great restaurant recommendation that ended up with delicious meal to celebrate our new purchase.

I do not recommend, and in fact I advise you against, this dealer.
When I bought my x5 they were super friendly and polite, after the transaction Allan and I shook hands and said goodbye. The title was supposed to come after 4 weeks... and it did. When I demanded my title, I was ignored and dismissed. Yes, week after week. And so 3 months have passed, I want to send the car to Europe and I can't because I am constantly lied to and deceived that it will be delivered in 3 or 4 days....
You see... I don't advise against it and I don't recommend it... and so 100 days pass... Tomorrow I'm reporting the matter to the police. It doesn't feel good to see your evasive response.
I will call and you will still deceive me? NO!
I will demand a refund and compensation for wasted time. My time.
My 3 months.

Patrick BMW is amazing. We walked in and were greeted with a huge smile and welcome greeting from Angelo. Angelo made us feel like we've known him for years. New to BMW we just wanted to take a look. NO pressure, not pushy just willing to answer all questions and take us for a test drive. We loved Angelo so much we decided BMW was the vehicle for us. Such an easy transaction. Basil in finance was a pleasure, and then finally Dorian walked us thru all the technology and set us up in the new vehicle. Can't say enough good things about the folks at this dealership. We recently purchased a 2025 Mini Countryman from Patrick Mini and our experience was terrific! We knew what we wanted and we were upfront with our advisor, Matthew Kinsella about the terms we wanted and what we were putting down. Matthew made it happen. Since the purchase we've had an appropriate amount of communication from the dealership and assistance when needed. This is our second vehicle purchase from the Patrick group. Our first was in 2013 and they've treated us as a valued customer since that date! Thank you Patrick group and Matthew!
