Just order online. I was the only customer in the store, with wiper blades in hands waiting in front of the counters, but no urgency to ring me up. One associate went to the back, one was just on the computer, the other was on the phone.
But thankfully they did because I found each wiper $20 cheaper on Amazon as I walked out!

Never before patronized an auto part store that didn't carry Fram brand filters, for one; so this was disappointing, being that this is one of the closest auto supply places to home, and I had high hopes they would beat Auto Zone's outrageous prices on things I needed. Two, while I admire any and every establishment that gives youngsters a chance to get their feet wet in the working world, I don't think it's remotely UN-realistic or at all unreasonable to, as a customer, have some expectation, that the employees should have some knowledge of what they are selling, and if they do not yet have said knowledge, they should be properly trained on how to professionally acknowledge what they do not know, and have the same professional ability to seek managerial assistance in order to provide a customer the kind of service one wouldn't consider to be slapdash or otherwise half-@$$3d, or altogether incorrect. When asking about car batteries, my husband and I were brought over to their selection by an employee, maybe about 19 or 20, who at first presented himself as knowledgeable, and asked, and I quote, "okay, so do you want the red one or the orange one?" He was NOT joking around. The ONLY — ONLIEST THING which kept us from turning around and walking straight out the door was the fact that we were there buying one for a car we were getting rid of and with someone else's dime, so it didn't seem worth the aggravating pain in the @$$ we thought it might be to risk running into another youngster who didn't know a volt from an ohm or his AC from his DC. As long as you already know what you need, save yourself the time and money and get your supplies from Rock Auto online. Dirt cheap, name brand, anything you want, need, great, fast service and delivery. Don't bother with retail anymore if you can avoid it. Educate yourself. It's worth the time and DEFINITELY worth the money and headaches you'll be spared in the end. Sorry guys, you didn't impress me.

I stopped at this location on Sunday Feb.25th because my service engine soon light popped on, I went in and asked for them to scan the code, one of the workers gave me the scan and told me to do it, then when I came back in, he asked me what was the code then proceeded to look through his phone for the code, all the years of me driving and going to these auto parts stores have I seen this done, they normally go out to your car with you, plug the scan in, after it reads they take it back in the store plug it in the computer and the computer prints the customer a copy, I asked him why did he do it this way, he couldn’t give me a reasonable explanation like our computer is not working so we are using the phones, don’t know if it was from laziness or some underlying reason so I left out and drove to AutoZone and they did it correctly how it was supposed to be done, I will be contacting their corporate office in the morning

I believe this store deserve 5 star rating. I had my car’s low beam bulb failed. I also wanted to get the high beam bulbs checked so that I could get all replaced for my Prius if necessary. I called the store and the gentleman told he will take a look if I stop by. I drove to the store and parked my car in the lot infront of the store. In a minute that elder gentleman already there and he checked the bulbs. One of them got fused, but he can’t replace it as its deep inside so has to be by the mechanic. He was so helpful and courteous answered all my questions. I would love to go to this store for any future auto part needs and recommend this store to all without any reservations.

Neatly organized, staff is nice. Unfortunately some of the merchandise is opened and has been stolen from it seems, but it isn't the store's fault :(

Woman who answers phone calls whose scheduled 07-22-23 morning shift obviously is incompetent and only has ability to multitask at a 7th grade lvl, she shouldn't have a job there if it makes everyone else's day a lil more difficult. She left me on hold for over 15 mins until I hung up,so just went to the competitor down the street

Just an FYI Mike no longer works at the store he changed the atmosphere of retail experience the district manager doesn't know how to handle business in any of his stores do not shop here the crew has been great without their leader in place it's going south take your business elsewhere rondel is the worst in that location so if u want bad service shop here
