Came over 40 min before closing to print some simple posters, there were two people at the printing department counter and I was told I'm too late and the print dept is closed while serving another customer, FedEx office across the street was able to print it in 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure it was cheaper.

I worked here last year and the manager harassed me and then blamed me for the whole incident. Office Depot never even cared about hearing my side and cut all my hours forcing me to quit.
Please don’t support a company that treats their employees like absolute trash.
In my time working here, my coworkers never cared about the customers either, so please save yourself a bad experience and trust me who’s an ex-employee when i say don’t go here!

Frank was very unprofessional and couldn’t complete what I needed done and told me to go purchase adhesive paper in aisle 6 and print it myself when the manager said I cannot do that .

Neatly organized store. Love the way the products were arranged as relevant items in same aisle. Staff were nice as well.

Let’s start off by saying I don’t usually go in person to do my shopping, but since I was looking for an office chair I decided to go for it. Terry was extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked which caught me by surprise. Going back to my first statement; it’s experiences like these that keep these stores in business. Thanks Terry and associates!

Always can mail my package thru FedEx with them at the Schaumburg location. The staff is very helpful.

5 stars for customer service and efficiency! Le'lla helped with our printing needs. Not only did she demonstrate flexibility in fulfilling our requests, but she was also very pleasant. We don't go to Office Depot often, but we will surely be coming back.
