I went there to buy some shoes Nolan was so helpful and very nice, and general manager Mike was outstanding very professional and very helpful too thanks a million, the HOKA shoes feels amazingly conformable. A++++ from us for sure.

Mike was very friendly and explained to me the various aspects of my feet that are unique to me and presented me multiple options. He was informative and provided great insights. It is very clear that he knows what he's talking about and only wants to provide his customers the very best experience possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to gain more information on their feet and find a shoe that's right for them.

I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received today. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to care about my getting a perfect sneaker for my needs.
Definitely check them out. And I was told they are rebranding in June 2024 to Big River which will offer additional brands.
I will never go anywhere else for my sneaker needs.

NB has a feature that allows the padding (insert) to be swapped out for a different configuration (foot need).

Came here for the first time as a referral! Devyn was super knowledgeable and nice with the whole process of getting inserts. As well as providing myself and my husband on the shoes that he would recommend. Coming June as well, they wont just have new balance shoes but ooka and several others! Definitely recommend anyone having foot or leg pain to check their foot balance and try a new pair of shoes. Thanks again Devyn, see you soon.

Brandon Remele is his name. stop at the Schaumburg store.Brandon was able to teach me some things about my feet. That I did not know. Not only that, but his customer service was on point multiple options to choose from.Ultimately, I left very happy. Oh, and they have a 45 days guaranteed, you can't be that.
