Very unpleasant experience. Came in today for the immediate care and was not immediate at all. I am very understanding and waited patiently but in return I had a nurse who was very passive aggressive to the point I wanted to ask her why she wants to work in this industry when she lacks empathy and gentle care, took her 3 times to run my blood pressure don’t even think she knows what she’s doing. Thank fully the doctor who took care of me afterward was very nice, understanding and gentle towards me. Unfortunately I will be taking my health concerns elsewhere moving forward and if you’re reading these reviews please take this 3.2 rating and believe it for what it says. I wished I looked before coming in today.

I have never had any issues at this practice. I have seen several doctors at the urgent care, I've had my mammogram and bloodwork done here as well. All good. Plus, my primary Dr Valeroso is awesome!!!!

Start is terrible! Not helpful at all. Had an appointment at 10:15. Came here early and still waited over an hour.
Don’t waste your time. Find another place and a DIFFERENT NAME

I had my very first MRI on 09/01/2023 at 9am. The gentleman (forgot to ask his name) who operated the MRI was very professional and did a great job explaining what to expect, making me feel relaxed during the exam. Thank you so much for creating such a friendly and welcoming environment! He is an amazing worker!

Very, very, very bad service. I'm a disabled person I have appointment I had to go there 3 times!!! And in the end, I left with nothing.Very bad service

I have been going to this medical center for around 8 years. My primary physician now has been Dr. Aimelee Valeroso. I've been seeing her over 4 years now. She is flat out the best doctor I've ever seen in my entire life and I'm 68 years old. She is extremely upbeat, super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. You can easily tell she cares about your health and well being. There have been times when I was very sick with a either a severe cold or once even for testing positive for Covid. In all cases no matter how busy she was, she always fit me in. The NCH Medical Group is quite fortunate to have such an outstanding physician working for them.Additionally, all the nurses, and administrative staff are also excellent and all have such great attitudes and give such great effort to take care of you.

I've come here for years to see Dr. Valeroso. I loved her, however, she became more and more difficult to schedule an appointment with. Her physician's assistant Claudia Schindler is who she pawns her existing patients off on since she's always booked. Schindler is a bully and should not be around patients. It breaks my heart to cut ties with Dr. Valeroso but she showed no concern for the issues my mother had with Schindler berating her and bullying her and for that I will be seeing a new physician. The office staff is great, as are the nurses.

I'm sorry to say this but the staff is very unprofessional. I called and talked to Angie and she made me feel like a child. She was loud and talking down to me. She was also very condescending and gave me her bosses name as if to say she didn't care if I wanted to make a report. Her behavior on the phone is enough to make me switch to a different medical group for my medical needs. I will not be going back.

Dr Courtney Snieder does not listen to the needs of her patients. Instead she talks down and demeans them in my experience. I wouldn't take my dog to her. Let alone calling the after hours number with her on call. You will like need to RUN not walk to any other doctor you can find to get real help.

I am actually impress with the new doctor in this facility, Dr Ngo. I have a chronic pain that has been bothering me for months now. I felt that he listened to me 100%. With his thorough assessment, he decided to get some testing done which I was compliant with. I am so glad that he knew exactly what test orders to get done. Other doctors would rather have me take pain medicine which I try to avoid as long as I can but with this doctor, he wants to find out what’s causing this problem I was having. I’m glad that my current medical condition is caught sooner rather than later. I believe he saved my life! Please keep up the good work. Thank you Dr Ngo!

The 1star is not for the staff or former Doctors they have always been top notch. It pertains to the new DR. I have been a patient there for many years.Today I was given a new DR. his name was William Ngo, unfortunately it did not go well. He was very cold, didn't seem to listen to the concerns I had about the ongoing problem I have been having, was more interested in giving me tests for non existing problems, and spent more time on the computer than listening to me. He ignored what my former Dr. had recommended which I tried to discuss with him, and denied the medication that gives me slight relief for my chronic pain which was the primary reason I made the appointment. I will continue to be a patient but in the future I will ask to see another DR. This is the first time ever that I have been disappointed with a NWCH DR.Ron B

I went into this urgent care on Saturday. I was told prior to me coming into the facility and after giving the lady on the phone my insurance number that my visit would be free...I am appalled that I am being charged over $500 for a urine sample and after waiting for two hours. They didn't do anything for me, the nurse just had rude condescending attitude. In fact the next day I went to the ER, was seen within a minute & only paid $300 for 6 different tests and given pain medication along with an iv. I am going to try to fight this through my insurance company because there is absolutely no way I can afford such a payment, or am paying this at all. The lady on the phone was aware of my policy number and should've told me the truth. I was told by my insurance that I live "out of network", something the lady over the phone should've notified me instead of just lying to scam me out of my money. Also, I only asked for a urine sample, not any additional tests they ran on it either. Stop scamming people!! Avoid this place at all costs if you can!!!

I had a horrible experience with this front desk young woman I believe her name is Adriana who seem to lack customer service skills. I just came there to see a doctor but first had to deal with tis person who's cold like an iceberg and everything she was doing was like a machine not a human being. Ii had to come next morning again for a blood test also my new doctor wanted the medical records from my last physician and I already wrote his name and the suburb he does his practice on the form I was given by the doctor's assistant - who's a very nice lady- but this front desk woman wanted me to take home that form because I didn't remember the doctor's phone number when she could easily look in their computer and find that out in a few seconds. I couldn't believe how she can be that way. I never experience over the years such an unwelcoming and terrible experience. I never want to go back there.
