I am extremely disappointed with the service at Crash Champions Collision Repair Schaumburg. I brought my car in for repairs, and not only has the service not been completed within the promised time frame, but the delays keep piling up with no clear end in sight.
Despite repeated assurances that my car would be ready on time, it remains unfinished. Each time I call or visit for an update, I am met with vague explanations and further postponements. To add to the frustration, they have asked me to leave a positive review, which feels highly inappropriate given the current state of my service.
I expected a higher level of professionalism and reliability from Crash Champions Collision Repair Schaumburg. If you value your time and need a dependable service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I recently had my car repaired at Crash Champions Collision, and I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto repairs. They offer fast, friendly service at reasonable prices. Kim and Josh, in particular, were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

I visited this place to know the availability and get an idea for repairs covered under insurance claim. The lady at desk told me I have to go online and first select them as the place I will be going for repairs and then only we will talk. The process maybe right but the tone she spoke with was little harsh. I thought she may be dealing with a bad day. I slected them online as they suggested and then I got a call from her. I asked her a simple question and she again had bad attitude and same harsh tone. She must be dealing with a bad life and not just a day. I decided to go with different shop only and only because of her. I came here to post review and show some other customer faced the same attitude from her.

Poor detail work. Went in for broken windows and still had glass laying everywhere. Also came out of the shop with another problem than what it went in for.

This was my first time in a car accident and I never knew how the process worked. It was a headache dealing with Uber insurance because their driver caused the problem and they didn’t want to pay.. when I finally got a list of auto body shops crash Champions was on my list and the first to answer. The first appointment they were patient with me and understood what was happening. So I had to reschedule because of missing paperwork they needed that Uber didn’t send. When I turned over my car they texted me updates through my process of the work being done. They finished earlier than expected and the work that was done was amazing. My car looks brand new and I was so happy. The front desk associate were super nice and friendly and I’m glad I made the choice to come to them.Thank you Crash Champions. I Will highly recommend them to anyone.

Ridiculous service. My insurance sent my car at this place and these people are so unhelpful, unkind and unresponsive. As soon as my car got there 2 days later I got a phone call saying your car is being totalled and when I got there to claim my items from the car, it was not even a car at that point. My car was nothing but parts in there parking which is ridiculous because it is not how I left my car. They messed it all up and caused more damage then what the car actually had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. RIDICULOUS!!!
