We had Andrew as our sales person. We test drove some cars and came back a couple months later when we were ready to buy and he took care of us. We felt good about the deal and the car when we left. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership as a whole.

Look no further !!! Ask for Todd S. Absolutely the best experience!! came to Napleton Suburu with my husband who was very interested in buying a brand new car. I was not. So I made a compromise to come in and at least hear the info. Long story short - walked away with a car . Todd was incredibly patient, professional, polite and direct and to the point. If it wasn’t for him and his style - I would not have spend more than 5 min. Thank you Todd!! Loved the service!

They charge extra for a tire rotation when you get an oil change. Brilliance Subaru in Elgin does not charge for that!

Took my car in for its first oil and filter change. The guys in the service department are always friendly, thorough and get you on your way as fast as possible. Along the way they give you updates so you know. Recommend to any Subaru owner.
