“It’s a must I share my experience with this store. Me and my boyfriend were attending an adult prom and he needed to get a suit at the last minute. I went into this store after leaving another store who couldn’t help us with a last minute suit request. When we walked in I explained what was needed for my boyfriend and when it was needed. The staff literally got right on top of my request for him. They showed us available suits to rent. Also brought out shoes for him to rent as well if needed. He found the perfect suit he wanted to go with and from there they began to take measurements right away. He was measured, then advise that the suit could be picked up the morning of the event. He also would be able to try the suit on again once he arrives for pick up to make sure everything fits perfectly. The staff at this store location went above and beyond for us. Their customer service was for sure a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is in need of a suit rental or purchase. You shouldn’t be disappointed. We WERE NOT.”

“After being told by a “manager” at another location that this store had the item we were looking for in stock, we got there to them not having that item at all. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. I will absolutely be going back to this store because of Corrine (might be spelled wrong). She was absolutely fantastic and I really appreciate all she did for us!”
“I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

“Shoutout to Adam! I worked here in ‘16 and could not be more happier to have been a part of the team. I made a super sale within my first week and really was grateful to be a part of the team. Their clothing runs a little smaller, it’s a British take on Japanese Americana apparel. Be happy to explore the store—they have so many different varieties of clothes here that you won’t be disappointed. “Everyone at Panache was extremely helpful and even worked with me on my budget. I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”
