Great experience! Melissa was very helpful and fast. She showed us so many places and got us in to see them within the next business day. Very accommodating to showing after work hours as well and helpful going over contract information.Will definitely pass her info along to friends /family.

Throughout the entire process of finding our new home and selling our current home, Melissa was exceedingly patient, always taking the time to understand of our needs and answer our questions. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, even when we were indecisive at times. She was incredibly flexible, easily working around our busy schedules and accommodating last-minute requests. We sold our home faster than expected and her guidance was key to make that happen. She also proved to be incredibly helpful in connecting us with a qualified attorney, making the entire closing process much smoother.

Melissa was so great when I bought my home, I used her as my agent again when I sold it 7 years later! Couldn’t have done it without her. She is very responsive, organized, and friendly. I don't even know where to start in reviewing Melissa. She is incredible! She is knowledgable, accessible, patient, helpful and most of all compassionate. She showed me things to look for in a way that was not opinionated, but rather guided me to let me discover things on my own. I can’t recommend working with Melissa enough! She actually first reached out to me on fb last year when she saw that I needed help finding a rental. However, when multiple landlords seemed to be less than forthcoming working with her as a realtor, she suggested that I get in touch directly, not at all concerned about the potential commission she’d lose.When I started my house hunt later in the year and began working with her, she proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, and readily available for questions and viewings. Once I found the perfect home, she did everything she could to first get my offer accepted (she submitted it almost as soon as we stepped foot in the house!) and then to ensure that the closing went smoothly. There were definitely a few bumps in the road, and I feel so lucky that I had her to help me navigate them. Melissa is smart, professional, and kind, and I can’t imagine finding anyone better to help you sell or buy a home in Chicagoland! ❤️?❤️
