December 19, 2024- Lost my Bluetooth connection and called Beltane. Magda asked several questions about the connection and then said “No Problem,” just bring both of the hearing aids in today and we will fix the problem. “Carolyn was the respiratory therapist from Prism who came to my residence with the VPAP equipment and demonstrated how to use it. She went through the different individual components of the machine and there uses. She explained how to clean the individual parts and how often this should be done. She also showed how to operate the machine for daily use and made everything clear and understandable. In addition, she wrote everything down in the brochure so that I would have easy access to important information. Carolyn was very professional, personable, and competent and she was enjoyable to work with !”
