Mary is not just a nice realtor, she is SUPER nice realtor we’ve ever had.She sold our townhouse in 1/2 day, but it is just a small part of her wonderfulness.She answers phones always and if she couldn’t, call us back in short time.She does everything what she said she would, nothing was forgotten.But not only she is so competent, but also she is kind and thoughtful.Since we didn’t have open house, she didn’t need a brochure but she made it and gave to us as a memory of our house.We loved her!!Only bad thing is... now we will not be able to be happy with any other realtor!We really wish we could take her to Florida with us...Thank you Mary!

I really appreciate all of the time and energy that Mary invested in helping us find our home. She was communicative, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Mary answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns promptly and thoughtfully. We also were looking for a large, updated home that we could afford on a smaller budget... this obviously was no easy task! But after several months of searching with Mary, we were able to check off everything on our list and more! After we found the home and had our inspection, Mary also successfully negotiated a number of repairs for us. I feel truly fortunate that we worked with Mary!

I was selling my house in Schaumburg and contacted Mary. Throughout the whole process she was amazing. She is what all real estate agents should strive to be. Not only is she friendly and honest, but she is on top of things, on time and communicates with you every step of the way. I’ve sold a house before and it was a nightmare and now I know it was the realtor that I had. I would highly suggest Mary for buying, selling or renting. She is phenomenal!!!

Mary is the most attentive and caring agent I ever worked with. I purchased and sold a number of properties with her and she always strives to exceed the expectations and she actually does. I am planning on retaining her services for foreseeable future. I highly recommend her as both buying and selling agent.

Mary helped me and my fiancee buy a house and she was very helpful! She was always answering emails and was very patient with us as we looked at 50+ houses. Would definitely work with Mary again!
