If I could give it 0 starts I would. Scheduled an appointment due to the person on the phone saying the highlights would be $140 but when I came in I realized it’s going to be $200 or more. I got a babysitter for my child, took time off, and wasted time to come just to have to leave due to them lying. Will not recommend to anyone.

Nicole has been making my hair look amazing for over 6 years now!!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She treats your hair style like it’s her own and just wants it perfect! It’s definitely not just a job to her and she’s super sweet to top it off. If you truly want it done right without guessing go with Nicole and you won’t regret it.

Beyond frustrating to try to call a salon and never getting a real person.. sitting on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. This has happened many times. I like the girl I was going to. The appointment process has made me not want to return

I came here for a haircut and they messed it up so I scheduled a redo. The hairstylist was not able to do anything to fix my hair during the redo and adviced to grow my hair out instead. She did give me a wash and a blowout to make up for my UNEVEN haircut even though that is not included in a “redo”. They also refunded me for the haircut. However, NOW- after letting my hair grow out, the salon REFUSES TO HONOR THE REDO EVEN THOUGH THAT IS WHAT WAS MENTIONED AT THE SECOND VISIT! This salon is not one to keep their word, go in at your own risk!!

I recently received the Custom Rx facial at Tricoci Salon & Spa and it was great! Diana was knowledgeable and provided me information that helped me get the results I'm looking for. My experience was very relaxing and peaceful. All the products Diana used smelled extremely light, calming and refreshing. Her technique throughout was great! The numerous face, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massages were greatly appreciated. I will say there were times where I thought she was a tad rough on massaging my face. This location is meh. Their spa area is extremely small and they do not have showers, a steam room or sauna like most of the other locations. I think this is a must have to bring in the full spa experience. Their services are also on the pricey side which surprises me that they don't have those necessary amenities. I also noticed that the other locations typically have lemon or cucumber water + snacks. This location was limited to ice water and tea. Diana was absolutely wonderful. If you MUST go to this location for a facial I recommend her all the way!

I went to S. for highlights and lowlights. She's done my hair before but I again reminded her not to do red because I have a very red complexion and allergy red eyes. For $220 I got copper red hair. I went back for a color redo and the first girl wanted to only insert more highlight in my red hair. The second girl put in dark lowlights over the copper ones. Now i have dark copper hair with very few highlights. As a natural blond my hair looks hideous on me. After 20 years of going to Tricosi for highlights I won't ever return.

Great experience with the staff and Harmony. I'm usually disappointed with my haircuts because the stylist takes off more than I want. Harmony did exactly what I wanted and did an excellent job. Harmony was easy to talk to and was genuine without forced conversation. I have finally found a long term stylist.
