I've always had such a great experience at this place. I order, and then pick up at their Schaumburg office.This time, however, I was 3 hours away. I tried calling some local places, but their prices were 2 and 3 TIMES more expensive. So, I have them ship them to me.I ordered, expecting them to be here on Friday, but they arrived Saturday afternoon. I think it was just about 48 hours from when I ordered.I know they want to temper expectations, and probably love getting extra money from rush jobs, but these people have their organization so smoothly run, they probably don't get as much as they should.By the way, I've been meaning to post about them for a while. I'm kind of an idiot, and I've ended up calling them because I uploaded the wrong files, or used the wrong payment method. Their customer service is patient and effective, fixing my problems easily every time.And everything comes out looking great!Honestly, I hate dealing with most businesses, but m13 is great!

Best pricing, fastest turnaround, affordable/quick/awesome design services. I've used M13 for my businesses for over 15 years. Always great service, they rarely make a mistake but when they do they make it right and quickly. I wouldn't use anyone else for my printing needs.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with the team at M13 Graphics after a friend/business associated recommended I contact them. I was looking for a local printer, one that I could trust with all our marketing needs. I started off with a business card order, which in itself is not a large project. However, the attention to detail, the follow up calls, and professionalism made me feel like this project was the most important one they had on their list. On top of all this, their prices were reasonable, and while they offered shipping, I decided to pick up my order and meet the team at M13 Graphics, including Joe, who couldn't have been any nicer. I didn't meet Sarah this time but she was very helpful and returned calls promptly. People do business with people they trust, which is why I will return to M13 Graphics for all our printing needs!

I've been using M13 almost exclusively for almost five years now whenever I need brochures, business cards, signs or banners printed. Great people to deal with, very friendly and professional customer service. That service combined with quick turnaround times, high quality printing and very reasonable prices keeps me coming back.

Just got off the phone with Natalie and she was great! She listened to all of the small details I needed for my order. This is my second year working with M13 Graphics in Schaumburg and would recommend them to anyone looking for printing services. I have worked with M13 a number of times now. They are amazing! The turnaround times are fast, the rates are very reasonable, the product catalog is huge, and the quality is fantastic. I got banners, posters, and cards the week of my event. I'm not sure what more I could ask for. The website is easy to use, even for someone that doesn't always know what he's doing (me). I also like that they have pickup in Chicago until 9pm at night. Businesses that only operate 9-4 don't work with my schedule. These guys do! Dan Gahan Co-Owner, Kick@55 Fitness
