They staff always picks and chooses who they want to be kind to or help. There are only certain employees that are actually kind to all customer like Jacont (not sure if that’s how u spell their name) but the two that worked today 9/20/25 at around 5:10 pm are so rude they only helped certain customers. They clearly saw I needed help and offered no assistance. I even asked one of them for help and I could tell right away they didn’t want to help me. One of them was blonde with glasses and I believe they had a white bandana type of thing and the other one which was the rude one I asked for help had a checkered bandana short brown hair and glasses

Went in at 11:30 today and the girl work was extremely rude. I’ve never had an experience like this before one shopping at a lush. She seemed extremely Annoyed that I asked for help. Just a very disappointing experience, especially for it being lush and usually the workers are always super helpful.
