Corporate really need to do something about the management at this store. They do NOT let you return anything!! Infact the manager called me a lier to my face ignoring my return request. I also had an online purchase that got to my house late and was unable to where for a wedding and continued to call me a lier. When I asked to speak to the manager he claimed to be the manager and infact gave me a fause # to call and make a complaint. I have had enough of the store managers personal conduct towards me and will be taking further actions on my return.

Love the clothes, not the best service. Walked around for 15 minutes, finally tried something on, never was greeted or offered any help. Two guys standing at the counter talking and on their phones the entire time. No one else in the store. Perfectly nice once I actually purchased something, but not welcoming or helpful until then.

Yesterday 8/18/23 I went to the lucky brand store at Woodfield mall. I wanted to buy a necklace.There a Hispanic guy with earrings who said that it’s buy 1 get 50% off.I showed him the price on the website that it’s 1/2 price but he refused to honor it!! Which is first time I seen in any store to refuse to honor YOUR OWN WEBSITE PRICE.So, I asked him if I can order it in the store and pick it up in the store or shipped to my house to avoid the $10 shipping fees. Again - to my shock- he refused!!Claiming - which is a total lie- that if he tried to access the website it will not give him the same price that I see!!!!!Either he’s trying to give me hard time for no reason Because he was super nice to another Hispanic couple that was purchasing t-shirts in front of me.Or he doesn’t understand his job and the least of customer service experience.I’m so dissatisfied and very disappointed.Never expected that to happen at this store and with this high brand.

I visited the store today and had the worst retail shopping experience of my life. There appeared to be only one employee working, which seems like a poor business decision for multiple reasons. There should be eyes on the customers to prevent theft and also to assist customers. Alex, the only employee working left the sales floor multiple times to check in shipments while I was in the store. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. He never asked if he could help me find anything. There wasn’t anyone else in the store shopping so it wasn’t as if he was busy helping someone else. When I walked right past him, he didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked for a fitting room and without even looking up at me he simply said “they’re unlocked.” Despite having an arm full of clothes, he never asked if he could start me a fitting room. He never checked to see if I needed a different size. When I asked if they have a darker wash in the style of denim I found to fit well he dramatically shook his head and didn’t even say any words. When I asked for something similar, he grabbed me a pair and all but threw them at me. Needless to say, he seemed highly inconvenienced that I was shopping in the store. Rude is an understatement.

I had so much fun shopping in this store. I am glad I saw this store there is a display on the front saying 40-60% sale and that is why I was encouraged to go inside. It is clean and well organized but the great thing in here is that there are sales on every items. The items in the store were nice and the quality was nice as well. There are a lot of choices to choose from and all sizes are available. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Prices are already fair and reasonable but there is a sale on all of the items so it was such a great deal. I seriously bought a lot and I was able to buy clothes for me, my family and my friends. The items I bought for us are wonderful and has a comfortable fabric. They love everything I bought for them. The store is really amazing.

Love shopping at lucky brand always a great experience. Never disappoints, they have a lot of clothes you can choose from. They also have this lovely sweet supervisor there! Very friendly. Great personality. Great experience I’ll be going back there soon.

Had a horrible experience there. The manager on duty was clearly training a new hire. In attempt to make a return, the manager told me he couldn't refund the full amount back to my card, ludacris (not why I'm writing). I'm writing because as an upset customer he told me to do an exchange for the part he couldn't refund. I picked out the pair of jeans to exchange at why point he told me he didn't like my attitude and kicked me out of the store. Of course he didnt like my attitude, I love this brand and have never had a bad experience with it until that point. Hope management will see this and do something, incident took place about 10am 12/31/21.

Yesterday was my mom's birthday. I bought my gift here in this place. She likes the dress, sandals and accessories that I bought for her. The dress that I bought is for her church dress. It looks simple with a color of white. She loves the color of white dress and almost all of her dresses are white but have a different design. Along with the dress I bought accessories. I bought her earrings that are made of polymer clay. It's design looks simple and perfect for the dress that I bought. I also bought her sandals with a color of beige. It's flat sandals that match with a dress. She looked so beautiful when she wore it when we went to church a while ago. Some of his amiga ask where to buy it. My mom told me to give it to her. And Her friends approached me and asked where. I tell them the location of it.
