I am a member of this gym for the past 3 years, love their gym and sauna, and I also visit the outdoor pool during summer. The female locker room and shower area are always clean and well stocked.
Not sure why some people complain about the front desk staff, if they don’t greet you then don’t greet them back, there are a few nice people that always say hi or bye.

If i could give a 0, I probably would. I just got my membership a month ago and I cancelled today. Check in desk has the rudest employees i’ve ever encountered at a gym. Today was my last straw, I checked in and the same thing happened. Ended up going back to my car and cancelling my membership. $180 a month for terrible customer service is crazy. Im happily going back to my other gym where I pay 1/3 or that.

Rude front desk manager. Not only one, but few of them. They can’t even explain simple stuff like how to add people to your family account etc.
only because of these “not smart and irresponsible” people, I cancelled my Family Membership

$50 bucks to check the place out? We just recently moved to the area and wanted to join lifetime, but after the reviews here we were rightfully hesitant, but after the added unnecessary fee… nah, we’ll pass :)

I’ve been going to this gym for the past 2 years , I assure you It’s not the same at these photos…
The locker rooms (women,men, and family locker room) reeks of urine and you can see that it’s not clean, even after the gym’s staff will says otherwise. We’ve endured the rising costs the limiting of facility use, all the closings and “remodeling” The staff is negligent (they shouldn’t be with the amount they ask for membership). Join at your own risk.
In case you’re wondering, I’ve already cancelled and joined another club.

Prices keep going up, I was being charged $129 and then with no notification it changed to $179. Was told by the front desk it was a mistake on their end because they needed me to show an ID but I was never stopped and asked for one. I would’ve appreciated if someone would’ve given me a heads up about the price change.

we are shocked by the experience we had last night 8:30 pm
I asked permission to play pickleball from a girl who coached very nice a few minutes later a boy comes who said he is a coach there , he started yelling to send us home, spoke very aggressively less and hit us , he said I booked, we forgot on the application and it wasn't booked , the new girl gave us permission to play even though it was a league, she said that they are not human and we can play if we want , he spoke very badly in a rude tone, all the people looked at him even from the basketball court , please check the video cameras . and taking measures is not normal like that you have to talk nicely with customers , congratulations for the cleanliness for the lovely people at the entrance , I speak very nicely thank you ?

I went and got a deep tissue massage from Derrick. He was awesome and provided a great experience. He worked out all the stress in my back which had been building up for quite awhile being a carpenter. I will be rebooking with him again.

Toxic on many levels. Not the cleanest facility along with rude staff and trainers ready to hound you at any chance they get. Honestly go somewhere else. Consider the rising cost to the declining customer service. Not worth it.

Multiple employees quoted me one price but when i went to add a family member the price was over 2x what was initially quoted. Told me they couldn’t do anything about and to call corporate. Called corporate and they told me to talk to the gym…nobody takes accountability for fraudulent quotes and charges. Prices really doubled overnight and customer service became much worse. I would not recommend this gym anymore.

GYM ISNT 24/7 , EQUIPMENT IS BROKEN, BOXING ROOM IS GONE AND REPLACED WITH PILATES, DIRTY GYM, FRONT DESK WORKERS ARE RUDE AND CRABBY, SAUNA ALWAYS BROKEN, YET PRICES KEEP GOING UP

This gym used to be great but now there are so many things wrong with this gym after Covid, fitness is not 24/7 anymore. Prices continued to rise despite less hours, broken equipment, broken saunas and dirty machines. Fitness trainers are negligent to their clients and just stare into their phone during the client’s entire workout. Front desk workers have become rude, and give a huge attitude when you don’t have the app on your phone, don’t have your card with you, or want to bring a guest. It is not that hard to type a guests name into the computer to check them in. Next, there is always an issue when it comes to putting a membership on hold or adding or removing a family member, every time I make changes to my account the prices somehow end up going up. The front desk and management is extremely incompetent. Again this gym used to be great but not anymore.

This gym nice but not worth it , only allowed to go from 9-3 due to insurance and that ok but during these times never any towels , young kids walking in locker room on FaceTime or playing games in hot tub . I avoid coming to the gym these days and staff don’t do anything about it guess they don’t want to in force rules except the times my insurance will allow me in . I can’t wait until school back then can work out again !
