On 08-21-2024 I went to Woodfield Mall Schaumburg IL. LensCrafters for an eye exam . It was a very pleasant experience. Then an employee working there named Addie asked me if I needed any help. I said yes. And help me pick out 3 pairs of glasses. Addie was very kind , patient, polite,and knowledgeable. Addie went through the whole process with me from start to finish. It is always so nice to encounter an employee like Addie. LensCrafters Woodfield Mall is lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them. I am very happy with my purchases and Addie at LensCrafters Woodfield Mall Schaumburg IL.

Accidentally sat on my expensive Oakley rimless glasses, they were badly mangled. They did a great job repairing them to Like New condition. Awesome service, highly recommended.

My favorite pair of glasses had a nose pad come off. We stopped in and Addie was kind to replace them for me. He even cleaned them! Best experience. Thank you!

I took my two pairs of sunglasses in to get repaired At the Woodfield store . the nose. Rest was broke on both of them. Alexa, not only fixed the broken nose rest but replaced them both. I was totally lost for words and couldn’t thank her enough.

I bought contact lens from them & were not right according to my prescription requirements. Didn’t take it back & said can’t do anything about it. Talked to manger & she wasn’t friendly at all in hearing me. Manager said there can nothing be done. Very unhappy with the service. Will never ever go back to them & will suggest my friends, family to never go there.
