I came in last Sunday sales person Michelle was very nice fast getting item and knows what she doing and very attentive around the stores she’s very professional today and I love that for her she moves around a lot & I definitely recommended getting things from Michelle short Asian girl w black hair & if u would want to get quick items she has alot of patients she very nice and quick with customers and she moves on to the next professionally. someone should give this young lady Michelle a bonus or something Im definitely will come back again great customer service and people behind the register are trying there best.

Managment not helpful at all. Purchased a polo out of state during vacation, we lost receipt to exchange different size, Schaumburg store is lack of customer service, they told us without receipt they won’t be able to help us. So I decide to call the store in Florida and they scan it and email it to us within minutes.We came back to the store and the manager after 20 minutes trying on his register, he said “let’s do it without a receipt”Polo shirt was exchange they didn’t seem to happy to help us. I’m not feeling welcomed or appreciated in this store.

This store particularly so small and unlike other stores. The staff and managet seems don’t understand the customer service at all. They are ruining the reputation of Lacoste. I wanted to return a jacket i bought last two weeks ago and the manager responded no he can’t take return because the tags are unattached… woww! Even though I asked a credit for next purchase because they did not have what i need he refused. It was a disappointing day for me.

The store is small and lacks a variety of items. Opening it in the mall seems redundant, especially when Macy's offers a broader range of Lacoste products, and online shopping provides a more convenient option. Moreover, the staff and manager exhibit unprofessional behavior, are inadequately trained, and don't contribute effectively to the store's operation.

My husband came two weeks ago for exchange , this Lacoste has bad service especially this saleperson name Asia she is useless & pushy to her coworker the other person name Michelle who couldn’t do exchange for my husband because she is not allowed to do so. She was gonna get the manager for him but Asia just kept going at her to do it when she is not allowed to do Asia is so rude & so much attitude to her I feel so sorry for Michelle when she couldn’t get her own manager to come out for my husband she could’ve at least helped her out she was not busy at all with her customer my husband also said he could tell he can smell weed from her mouth while talking she must be high he not sure though. But Michelle was very sweet & kindful to my husband trying her best to help him out I hope her coworker doesn’t keep treating her that way she is too nice, asia should be getting fired for being that way.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the recent shopping experience my girlfriend had at Lacoste. I feel compelled to share her experience, as it left both of us feeling unwelcome and frustrated with the service provided by one particular salesperson named Asia.Upon entering the store, my girlfriend immediately sensed that Asia was in a rush and showed little interest in providing a pleasant shopping experience. Despite there being a substantial amount of time left until closing, Asia displayed impatience and a lack of professionalism that was quite disheartening.One aspect that particularly bothered my girlfriend was Asia's insistence that she refrain from touching the merchandise. While we understand the need to handle delicate items with care, Asia's approach felt overly strict and unwelcoming. It made my girlfriend feel as though she was being treated with suspicion, rather than as a valued customer. Asia did not offer any explanation or polite request regarding this policy, which further exacerbated my girlfriend's sense of unease.Furthermore, Asia's preoccupation with a personal phone call during the entire interaction added to the negative experience. Instead of focusing on providing quality customer service, Asia engaged in a lengthy conversation with someone else, paying little attention to my girlfriend's needs. This behavior conveyed a lack of respect and made her feel unimportant as a customer.The combination of Asia's rushed approach, insistence on not touching the merchandise, and lack of attentiveness due to the phone call created an unwelcoming atmosphere for my girlfriend. She felt as though her presence and shopping needs were an inconvenience to Asia, which is not the kind of experience one expects when visiting a retail store.As a result of this disappointing encounter, my girlfriend has no intention of returning to Lacoste for future purchases. The negative impression left by Asia's unprofessional behavior has led us to question the overall quality of service at this particular store. We sincerely hope that Lacoste takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to assist

Great employees. They knew the product and helped me find exactly what I needed. They always have a great selection and they have good sales and the most important part here is that the employees are very pleasant and super professional. As you enter, just take a look at the splendid colors around you. Color and design are the keys. Love Lacoste polo’s because they always got lots of colors to choose from. Love how well organized the whole store is. Undoubtedly, Lacoste is one of my lifetime Brands! I highly recommend this Lacoste location.

I love the store and I love the brand. I found so much great stuff there ! They have all the stuff that's on trend! The people that work here are very nice and very helpful. Great customer service and very attentive. Great discounts and new designs to choose from. I love this location and it is very clean compared to others, very good selection always and very well laid out to find items quickly. They had everything I wanted. This is definitely the place you want to check out. The clothing is well made and worth it. I highly recommend it!

This store lacks a good sales people. On duty 9/29/22. I had a return with a receipt. I am a regular customer in the store but this new guys working there are the worst. I will never buy in this store again. EVER.

I came on a Sunday. In fact, I’m here as I write. How does a return with literally nobody in the store take 45 minutes? Last time I purchased from this physical store it was busy, but goodness this ‘manager’ is literally micromanaging all the girls there; they couldn’t just do their job. Feel sorry for them poor girls. Not sure why this man is managing when he is unable to delegate simple tasks to others and talking very sternly to the women there. Just pure awful. Love the brand but definitely avoid this store especially that manager. I come here once in a while and he has been ‘managing’ this store forever! It is quite a small selection and service is slow and rude!!
