My sales gal, Angie, was very polite and helpful, didn’t push me to make a decision on a chair, fabric, or fabric color. Explained any and all details with my order. I had a very pleasant experience selecting a Lazy Boy chair and I would totally recommend Angie to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy in Schaumburg. They are definitely deserving of a five star review! My salesman, Alex, was very attentive in listening to my needs to help me decide exactly what type of recliner I needed and working with me within my budget . He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as well. It was an easy experience and I am super happy with my new recliner! The entire process from the minute, I walked in the door until my recliner was delivered was excellent customer service! Kudos to Alex!! And a shout out to Jonathan, who I had the pleasure of meeting when I went to take a picture of my recliner. I believe Jonathan is the store manager and he was very pleasant and nice as well. No surprise there, the store provides top-notch customer service!! I would highly recommend this location for any furniture needs! Thank you.

I get static shocks when its cold out from the couch's material! And don't get me started on the bad squeaks you get after only 2 years! Had a motor go out as well after 2 years!
