I recently visited Kohl's to return an Amazon purchase, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and easy process they have in place. Their dedicated returns section, located near customer service, makes the whole experience hassle-free. What's even better is that they offer a coupon for their store and Sephora, typically for 10% off, every time you make a return. This is definitely a win-win situation, as Kohl's has a vast selection of products ranging from bedding and clothing for adults, women, men, children, and even babies. And with their current 70% off sale, you can score some excellent deals. I found using the Kohl's app to scan for prices incredibly useful, as it made shopping a breeze. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout area made the checkout process quick and easy. With six self-checkout areas and three to four cashiers available, there was never any need to wait in line for long. Overall, I had a great experience at Kohl's and highly recommend giving them a try.

The coupons are not good on alot of things like before. So it kind of makes them uesless...not as good shopping there..wont be going there as much.

The service staff was very attentive and we're very patient and kind! The wide spread selection of options made me feel welcomed to all styles around me. After wearing all of my purchases the quality I find is amazing! The staff, quality, the incredible value, options, It was all amazing. I'd love to return for each and all of these reasons, Khols is amazing!

I have never seen kohls in a worse state, it was unorganized, dirty, stuff on the floor, things that don’t belong in the place they were etc. plus kohls used to be my favorite store because of the great sales and savings, now it’s more expensive then going to the mall.

It was very crowded and a long line for checkout. I HATE the self checkouts. If I wanted to do my own checkout I could have stayed at home and ordered online. I think that is terrible that people have to check themselves out. What is the store saving? You have to have staff there to help the people with the checking out so what are you saving? Just HATE all the new technology. NOT WORKING WELL.

If you opt to NOT use their self-checkout line...BEWARE!!! They WILL make sure you wait in "line" even if you are the only person there. I had one item to check out and I had to wait 40 minutes to be checked out because I told then I didn't want to use their self-checkout machines. I was the only person in the line at the time and I had ONE item only. Instead of stepping up to the lane to assist and scan my one item, these two ladies walked around, had personal conversations, checked on fellow employees in other departments instead of helping me. Effectively PUNISHING me because I did not want to use the self-checkout. I will NEVER go here again. When I spoke to the manager about it, his response was, "I have to have the self-checkout manned at all times" Apparently he means EVEN WHEN THERE ARE TWO EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING HAVING PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS AND NO CUSTOMERS THERE TO CHECK OUT. It was 11:30am on a Thursday. I could believe that if it was a peak busy time in the store, but I was LITERALLY the only person there. If this is Kohl's corporate policy, you might need to rethink that one.

do not use the self-checkout unless you want your personal space to be completed diminished. the sales associate watching over the self-checkout was way too close for comfort and at one point said that I shouldn't be scared because he is helping me. we are at a day and age where self-checkouts are widely used. If I needed help I would have asked. Or if he had asked if I had used a self-checkout lane before at kohls and know how to use it. This man was within 6 inches of me and kept reaching over to my phone to "show" me how to use the kohls app. I was very uncomfortable with this. From now on I will be using an actual checkout to avoid feeling that uncomfortable in a store. The kolhs near woodfield have always been helpful, very nice, and ask first if I know how to use the self-checkout.

This store looked very well organized and clean. This Kohl's location seems a lot nicer and more welcoming compared to my local Kohl's. I'm jealous that this location isn't closer to Palatine. Would definitely shop there again.

Schaumburg west store is clean, tidy and the associates are very friendly and professional. I found all I wanted and check out was swift and seamless.

Kohl's is not the store it used to be. The petite section is pretty much gone and that was one of the reasons I shopped there for more than twenty years. The quality of their clothing has diminished also. I really have no reason to shop there anymore.
