Idk how Amazon does business with Kohls when the crew at the Amazon counter isn't friendly at all. Always seems like they are pissed that you are returning something for Amazon. This location is way too pri ey that the nearest one in Schaumburg.

Need to fix your programs. Can't use my Kohl's cash that I've earned, need to wait for specific dates. Can't use coupons on everything I tried to buy.
Checking out, 4 cashiers "working". 3 were too busy to take care of 2 deep in the line for personal conversations at 4:50 on 3/28. Cashier 1 was the only one working.

The kohl's employees at the Amazon return center aren't pleasant to work with. This is the second time the workers there seemed sullen. They get the job done quickly, but their rude manners will discourage me from coming back to this store to make returns.

My son and I came here in search of a suit for his first high school dance, with only a gift card to use to pay for things, given to us, incredibly charitably, by school staff, as we are a low-income family, and the first run through looking, it appeared that as generous as the school was with $200 having been gifted to us, that suit attire here was still going to be more than we could afford with just what we were given. I had no other money I could spend. I've always got my boyfriend's credit card on me for dire emergencies, but had I used it for this, he would NOT have been happy.
My son and I walked around some more and discovered some things that we didn't realize previously were on sale, and began putting pieces together, although, he REALLY wanted the pants, shirt, and jacket to all be the same brand, because he'd never had anything so nice that matched like that before, and the shirt appeared to have put us over the $200 mark by nearly $40. I decided I'd put the balance on my boyfriend's card, BUT, when we got to the register, the cashier made me a deal — while I knew I wouldn't get approved because I have my SSN locked right now, she told me that if I simply ran an application for a kohl's card through, even if I didn't get approved, she would give me an additional 30% off my grand total, and on TOP OF THAT, give me an EXTRA 10% off because of some special promotion (I can't recall what it was now), but after everything had been rung up, (coat, slacks, & shirt) the total came out to under $110 — and I asked if there was some sort of mistake, but she told me that those discounts were on top of the items being on sale, so I had actually done pretty well! I asked if she wouldn't mind then if my son ran back to grab the belt he also wanted to get, and she said it was no problem, and the $50 belt he grabbed turned out to only cost just shy of $20. So he went back and grabbed a t-shirt he had been eyeing, too! After that, there was STILL $30 left on the gift card, and we'd been given $30 in kohl's cash that I would be able to use in less than a week, which I then went back and used, along with the balance of the gift card, to buy myself a brand new pair of sneakers. And when I say brand new, I mean, this is the FIRST pair of actual, brand new sneakers — not thrift store or hand me down shoes, but BRAND NEW — that I've been able to buy for myself in the last FIFTEEN YEARS.
And, I HAVE TO give this cashier lady, who was super super helpful, cheerful, and understanding, ALL the credit, for helping make ALL these things happen after we were there with this gift card, because I did not hear her do the same with customers before or after us, and as far as I'm concerned, this woman was like the angel we needed in those moments while there for my son, to help give him something special and meaningful to help him remember his first dance. And that meant the world to me!

Love Kohl's. But the girl at Sephora counter seems not having it, rude and impatient. Asking for a product, she told me they are all over the store....then told me she's the only employee there but the entire Sephora was empty...

Nice store, however when you try to return something they want to give you next to nothing. I went in with an exchange, just wanted a different size, I was told I could get a refund of $18 and buy the correct size for the current price of $29. I had to debate this with the store manager before he would make an even exchange.
