Dropped my babysitting kids there and they worked on such cool projects. I wish they catered it more to the childs' interest though. For example, they love football and marvel. Maybe find a way to come up with projects involving those? Just to maintain their interests better. But in terms of learning, it's top notch!

I am very grateful to stem studio. my son started 2 months ago it was on a saturday. The owners offered me a free hour, from that moment I felt this place is for my son. They gave me the opportunity to accommodate my son as well for the summer class. The good thing about stem studio they work in small group and have the right amount of staff to take care of the kids. Kids are not unattended, curriculum is suitable for all ages. Security and dialogue with employees is very good. My son loves it. They have each day different activities. I can't complain of the owners or employees great people. I am very grateful to everyone, the most important thing is that my son enjoy every time he goes there.

As someone who worked here for their summer program I can say that their guides and programs are extensive and have been made with kids in mind. Explaining the complicated topics to the kids is so much easier because of the great examples, descriptive explanations, and videos included with each lesson. All the kids left with a good grasp of the topic. Highly recommend.

(I hope I can even give negative stars instead of any positive one)NOT recommend a summer camp "Kids Stem Studio Schaumburg". This place is almost a scam. I signed up two kids there for two different theme. 1st day older kid didn't even touch the system she supposed to learn and taught my bigger kid the same thing that my little one was learning. Also, they had to spend more than 30 min to go over the tutorial themselves before guiding kids. (camp started at 9 but kids went free play while they themselves on tutorial for more than half hour)We showed our concerns about big kid camp to the manager, originally she tried to fool us by saying they are combining two programs together but it's totally two different systems. (We have engineering background so we know it's impossible) Later on they did start teaching what supposed to teach to big kid. However, They DON'T HAVE MATERIALS FOR THAT. So by the end of the camp big kid couldn't see what exactly the system can do. Also, what worse is that their computer had games, so a 12 year old camper ended up playing "call off duty" video games everyday. So my 6 year old kid kept hearing shooting sounds but my 10 year old kid told him not to watch.....ended up even my older kid knew about this game. Very inappropriate! They Have "engineering" session in the afternoon but they actually let kids watched 2 movies each day and Then do the making part for only half hr. Plus they didn't really explain why...I feel things they made can expand to very good lectures but no they didn't make effort to it. This is the worst camp I've ever signed up. We feel even if we pay for high school kid to do the same thing they can be guided better. 2 movies plus little materials for making boats, etc. Such easy money for them. If you consider this place, I suggest looking for nanny or other places. Can't complain enough for this place but hard to list all here.

My kids learned a lot in a week. Super satisfied with the curriculum. They made a lot of friends and came back home happy. Definitely will do again.

My two boys did not enjoy this camp at all. They have been to many camps so we have a lot of data to compare against.1) The space is dark and disorganized.2) When we first arrived, the instructors did not identify themselves and/or say hello with a positive attitude. You would think that if it was the first time you were meeting new people, you would get a warmer introduction. On subsequent days, when we arrived there was hardly a hi or even an acknowledgment from the staff.3) We arrived for the afternoon section (the second half of a day camp) at 1pm, and there was a movie playing. It never makes you feel great as a parent that you are paying to sit kids in front of a screen. My kids reported that the movie stayed on until 2pm!4) There wasn't much emphasis on STEM. The topic was supposed to be sustainability engineering, but it seems like the staff spent only a few minutes every day on STEM topics.5) There were also other incidents where my child said the staff was acting unprofessionally. I am not going to focus too much on this though as I know managing kids are hard, but my kids have been to plenty of other camps where they appreciated the staff.

We just hosted our son’s birthday at the Schaumburg location and had a great experience. They were super accommodating and easy to work with, and the kids had a great time building their race cars. Would definitely recommend!

The class structure is rotating Lego building and programming. My son Alex is 4 yrs old and he enjoys the Lego class the most. When I asked, the owner did offer flexibility of 100% of the Lego class but also explained the current class structure is an optimized version after 6 years of exploration to maximize the learning.

My 7 year old son attended a lot of camps these summer, as well as dedicated classes on programing and robotics. He is absolutely excited to go there every time and does not want to leave!. The place is very well organized, the kids are engaged in a lot of interesting activities, from programing, robotics, building all sorts of engineer projects that would expand the child knowledge and spark their interest. The staff and owners are very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and accommodating. All is all is a great place for kids to spend quality time and learn interesting things ! Absolutely recommending it.

My wife and I have been looking for a place where our daughter could have fun, interact with friends and learn science related useful skills for a long time. Kids STEM Studio is exactly that kind of place. We are so happy to find such a great place for kids who like to learn. Highly recommended business from two extremely satisfied parents and one very happy and eager to go back every single day kid! Thanks!

My son loved the summer STEM camp! He was always very enthusiastic about going and came home excited about all the things she learned. It's a family run business and they are all very nice and flexible with scheduling. We'll definitely be signing up for next summer!
