I had my son there for a few months. When he started (March 6th), I made sure to mention that we will be traveling in the summer for a long vacations but didn’t have our dates yet. I was advised I had to give two month notice, so on March 16th, I wrote an email again telling them we will be traveling in July but did not have exact dates yet as we had not purchased our ticket. Fast forward to end of May when I email our dates and all hell broke loose.First, the director Pam pretended she was not notified. When I referred her to my email from March, she said it was a response to one of her email so it wasn’t considered a written notice.Second, she seemed to have an issue with the fact my son would be gone for two months and even suggested I withdraw him. So after we discussed at home, we decided to do just that and withdraw him.Well, I guess we didn’t give them two month notice for withdrawing him.Long story short, they still ended up charging us one complete month even though he went only 3 days out of that month. They had the full intent to charge us a second month but after all the noise I made with their corporate office, only July was charged. The director Pam is rude, inconsiderate and down right mean. The manager Munira is probably the most pleasant person to deal with at this place. She is sweet, kind and will actually get to know and love your child. It’s too bad, she’s not the one in charge. The teachers will share at times how much they are taken advantage of and the low wages and bad attitude of the people above them.I have two boys, and I will definitely not be bringing them back to this place. We were just $$$ for them and that’s all they cared about.

This place has serious communication problem. They never picked up phone calls, replied emails or voice messages. I don't know if it is due to their short of staffs or simple laziness. But either way I can't trust them to leave my kids in their hands.

We have been a part of the Kids & Co Schaumburg family since 2016. My son went through the school from the time he was 18 months to 5 years (when COVID) hit. My daughter has currently been attending for the past year. We love everything about Kids & Co. The teachers my kids have had and currently have are amazing. My son is now in 3rd grade and still talks about his time with his teachers at Kids & Co. The programs they have for the kids are amazing at preparing them for the elementary school years. They also have fun themed days and weeks for the kids, along with summer fun events. Both Pam and Munira have been amazing to work with and are kind and supportive of my family’s needs. We couldn’t think of a better place or people to take care of and teach our children. Thank you Schaumburg Kids & Co!

Hello, parents. I want to tell my horrendous experience with Kids & Company. My daughter (around one year old) went to this kindergarten in Chicago. I don't check the camera in class because of my busy schedule. However, one time my husband checked it and saw the teacher, Christina, kicking the chair my daughter was sitting on, and my daughter's head almost touched her back as if it was a car crash. Then I checked it the day after and found Christina(again) forcefully grabbed the toy my daughter was carrying, dragged her, and pushed her against the wall, pointing her disgusting fingers at my daughter's face.We only watched the camera a couple of times; no idea what had happened on the days we hadn't monitored. When I complained about the event to the principal, she didn't care at all when Christina confessed her wrongdoing. We asked about the recordings, but they stated they don't record them. Now, simply because we complained and told this occasion to people, we are not able to receive our $1000 deposit. Those of you who let your kids attend Kids & Company or are about to send your kid, please record the camera recordings on your phone whenever possible. You will never know what will happen to your kids.

We stressed greatly over choosing a child care facility for our first born and we could not be more happy with our choice. Our boy loves his "school" and it is a great relief knowing that we can send him to their facility each day and know he is being taken care of. Teacher turnover can be frustrating at times, but they always seem to make great hires. We appreciate the educational curriculum and healthy food menus too. We especially love and appreciate Miss Pam, Miss Munira, Miss Bibi and Miss Ashlynn!

My oldest started there when he was 2 until he started Kindergarten and my youngest is still there until Fall next year. We were one of the first families to register back in 2016. My kids are happy and have always felt safe. Anytime I've had an issue, the center leaders have always kept an open door to my concerns and have collaboratively worked through it with me. We visited a few daycares in the area and for us, they were clean, the most reasonably priced for value and was most convenient for us in terms of location and hours. My sons have love their teachers there, I keep in touch with many and they are all very caring and sweet to the kids. This center also has a webstream service so I can look in on my kids in their classroom or common areas of play. Good security as you'll receive permitted key access to the building. Center director and asst directors are up front and they know all the parents. They really keep an eye on the kids. Apps notify of drop off and pick up times, bathroom time (until trained) and how much food was eaten. Pics are also shared on the apps as well. There's a monthly newsletter, and food menus that outline weekly meals. They provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack and to go snacks during pickup. Highly recommend our daycare, we feel lucky to have found them. Also good covid measures taken and they follow CDC guidelines. Kids and teachers and staff are masked.

Kid&Co has been great to work with and very attentive to the needs of our son. He has food allergies and eczema. We review the menu with them to id what food he can't eat and they make all the adjustments needed. A copy of his food allergies is kept in the kitchen and with the the teacher.Food options are rotated on seasonal basis, are interesting, and nutritious. The teachers are great with our requests to use specific soap and lotions for his skin. All our requests have received positive responses and they make sure he is cared for. Lessons plans are communicated weekly and daily updates provided. The director sends regular emails about events and several news letters. They have an app to track communications, account info, documents, and supplies. The teachers truly care for the kids and make sure they are safe. Every time we pick him up he is happy and playing. We are happy to have found this place.

Both of my kids have been going to Kids & CO Schaumberg since they were 6 months old. The teachers along with the director (Ms. Pam) are absolutely incredible. The center is always clean and the teachers are always engaging with the kids. It is a safe environment with vibrant colors , fun activity rooms and outdoor play too. The center is always doing fun things to keep the kids smiling and learning all day long. Both of my kids run to their classrooms every morning because they are excited to see their teachers and friends. We consider this center our Home away from home and everyone inside it family! We couldn't be more happy as it took us a long time to find a center we could call home.

The best daycare ! I am very happy with activities they have, opportunity to check on web-camera anytime how the kid is doing and they keep the kids always busy , doing projects, reading, new games. Never had problems to reach them, text or phone call(even bothering them on small things like "put the hat on my kid" or "can you check if he is active"-if in the morning felt him little bit in a bad mood)and always received a good and fast answer. Each teacher my kid met made him to run every morning to his classroom and from the entrance to scream :"byeeee mom". I did recommend this daycare to couple friends and they are super happy with it as well. 10++++++!

We love Kids & Company! I have all 3 of my children there since infancy and 1 has graduated from there to kindergarten, so we have been with them for nearly 6 years and i always have peace of mind that my children are always in the best care! Also the curriculum prepares them so well for school that my kindergartener is advanced because of the education he got at Kids & Company. Overall very happy and you know when your child looks forward to going there they are happy as well :)

After interviewing many schools for our infant son, we decided on Kids & Co. for their very flexible & accomodating schedule, but mostly because the Director greeted EVERY child & parent (or grandparent) by name during our onsite interview with the Director. This made us feel so comfortable to know that all staff regardless of their role were engaged with, & invested in, the children. We also love the whole foods menu which encourages kids to be adventurous with their tastes. And I appreciate that he's never been served grilled cheese or other processed foods for meals or snacks. They truly care about the health & well-being of the kids.Communication is excellent from the report I get at the end of every day, to the information I receive in the app. We get pictures, narratives on his day, what he ate (& how much), as well as every diaper change. Also, the Dir. provides her cell phone, so if you need anything you can send a text and get a response in a timely manner. Very easy & convenient. What makes us feel good about our decision every day is that our son is very happy going to school every morning. He is now in the toddler class and loves to blow kisses to his teachers, which tells us that he trusts them and genuinely loves them. We are so glad we found Kids & Co.

Our child has attended this day care for the past 2 and a 1/2 years. Usually going only 2 days a week. The staff is always very accommodating when we need an extra day during a busy week. They are incredibly attentive to his needs and development, both mentally and physically. Every person that works there treats every child as if they were a member of their own family.

My kid is part of the kidco family since 2019 until she goes to school in 2023. I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful the teachers are here. They are like a family of your own, taking the utmost care of your kids when you are away. The way the pandemic situation was handled by kidco was phenomenal and it showed us how much they care for the well being of everyone associated with the org, inside and out. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. Love this place and everyone here.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kids and Company Schaumburg. Both of my children have attended; my son soon after the facility opened and through preschool and my daughter is in the toddler room now. It's a difficult process to find somewhere to trust with your most precious people in your life, and luckily I was able to find that here.
