Marci was fantastic at Key Mortgage and I’d highly recommend her to anyone! This was my first time buying a home and I did it on my own, so I of course had many questions. Marci was always available via phone and email and was extremely prompt in responding and reaching out with updates. She explained the entire process to me and would let me know what to expect for next steps as we move forward. While I’d recommend Marci and Key Mortgage for these reasons alone, the best part is she was able to get me an interest rate about 1.5% lower than the original lender I talked to, which saved me over $300 a month, as well as close to $8,000 in closing cost savings! I’m so grateful for her hard work and support- she even came to my closing!- and will be very appreciative of those monthly savings for as long as I live here.
