I recently had the pleasure of having my truck serviced at CarTronics Auto & Truck Repair and I cannot recommend them highly enough. These guys are awesome. i came in on multiple occasions, and everytime i walk out with my car problems fixed no problem. they even replaced my license plate for free. i can’t recommend them enough.

Having my Volkswagen's power steering go out on me was very difficult in Elgin being from Wisconsin everyone in Illinois isn't as friendly knowing they can go sky high on pricing I googled everyone in 60123 put the pen to work & I'm happy to say not only did I get a good price but good work from this shop what the other shops in the area wanted to charge me I was ready to tow my car back to Lake Geneva Wisconsin .Thank you Car Tronics.

Syed and his crew are the best! I was traveling on long trip home and experienced trouble with my truck on I-90. I was able to limp into Elgin and lucky for me wound up at CarTronics. The crew at the shop worked furiously and went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve the problem and get me back on the road again.Services: Electrical repair

Horrible!!! They want you to bring your car at 8:30am but won’t work on it until 2pm. Dropped off my car from an hour away at 8:30an told me I was gonna be done at 4. But on the phone I was told only 3-4 hours. It goes to show that the owner is very professional. Read the 1 star reviews. What owner puts people on blast on there reviews. Down right horrible place. The fat guy super rude. Doesn’t want to explain Anything. All he said is “cuz I said so” keeping people car for over 8 hours sitting in the parking lot. Wanfs the car there by 8:30am but won’t work on it or look at it u til 2pm. He doesn’t answer questions he just says that’s how we do it here. He’s lucky cars dont talk back. He would never be able to work in customer service. No body cares about the “Amazon” trucks u need to fix. This repair shop is very very very slow. With workers who are rude and can careless about your car or you!

The Owner "Sayed" of this place is TOTAL Scam Artist & Shyster! Unfortunately, I cannot give This "business" a 0 Star!! If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a LifeSafer device - DO NOT GET IT HERE!! There's a "reason" Why this place is "CASH ONLY" - Sayed Charges MORE THAN is LEGALLY ALLOWED by the LifeSafer Company, "pocketing" the difference & most likely NOT Reporting it on his Taxes!! I feel sorry for the Countless individuals that Sayed has Already scammed - but if You're Smart Enough to "see" the Scam and Question it, Sayed tells You to 'take Your business elsewhere'..After working on Your vehicle! I'm making it my "side project" to get this clown Discontinued by BOTH the IL Secretary of State & LifeSafer Company! "Sayed" brings the fear of the "immigrant small business scammer" of Americans To Life!!
