Awful experience. Expressed I don't want anything icey. Owner guaranteed no ice in the vape. Was extremely icey and awful. Waste of time and money. Never recommend.

i came in and asked before i payed if the vape tasted off would i be able to get a different one. i was told yes then once i bought the vape and it tasted like burnt rubber and cheap perfume the “man” at the counter refused to give me a new one. don’t buy their vapes. i’m pretty sure they’re fake. the one i got went bad after 3 days on top of the fact that the customer service is terrible.

Stopped in a few days ago and couldn’t forget to leave a review! Boss man is super cool and personable and the store has a great variety of glass and cigars. Got an awesome deal and will definitely be back again someday?good business with some good people

Called so many other places in the area all the way from Crystal Lake, Barrington, Lake Zurich, Palatine, and Hoffman Estates. No one had what I was looking for. I called here, and they did! They had 3 flavors in stock, mainly Two Apple, but I grabbed the last 2 of these they had. Was greated and helped out immediately when I walked in, and very fair prices too. If they keep more flavors in stock, I will definitely be a long-time returning customer. Thanks for all the help!

Used to be my go to spot when Johnny is here… have bought several large pieces and spent well over $1000 in the past two years.
The older guy who now works the counter has poor customer service skills and needs to be retrained. If he continues to work the front desk this place will lose all most of the loyal customers it has built over the years.

Very respectful. Very knowledgeable. Kind hearted gentleman. Danny will make your day better the moment you step in. Always happy and kind making everyone feel safe and satisfied. This is more then a smoke shop it’s is a safe haven for all smokers. They have over 10 plus selection for every item so there is plenty of variety. Blunts always very fresh. Atmosphere is 10/10. Definitely worth driving out your way to come to. Thanks jhonny vapes and the team ?
