Joe is a Pro. Joe is an expert in his field and is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He guided us through the process and helped us choose the best offer and avoid pitfalls. He also has a network of other professionals he works with that you can have full confidence in choosing if you need help preparing your property for sale. We used an independent contractor we met through Joe for a variety of work including electrical and painting and couldn't be more pleased at the prices we paid for top-quality work.When we have a property for sale in the future we will be going with Joe for sure.

Joe came highly recommended from our son who Koe helped find his first house. We had already moved out of town when we put our house up for sale. Joe was awesome and my hubby/I have a few less gray hairs because Joe made a stressful time easier for us. I highly recommend Joe.

Joe was great. He was extremely helpful and answered every question that I had and I had quite a few! The first day that I told him I wanted to look at a few houses he took me right away. If he had not acted so quickly, someone else may have made an offer on the house I bought. I highly recommend Joe!!!

Joe has been working with me for a few years. My husband had made the arrangements with him before he passed away almost 2 years ago. . Joe has been kind, sincere and understanding throughout my grief. He had been checking up on me since my husband passed just to see how I was doing. When I finally was able to move on, Joe took me step by step and patiently took me out to find a smaller place. He got my home ready to sell and we had a contract within days.
