I left my bracelet for repairs. I received it 11 days later, the bracelet was never repaired and they also ruined the white gold for me. As you can see, it turned yellow! The salesman is a man who can't talk at all! Terrible place

horrible place. so mean owner. When she was trying to sell she was okay. But, when the time for me to sell my silver, she almost yelled at me and scolded like I am doing something wrong. She told me that she would buy my gold and silver, but she tried to rip off, and she showed her true color that she was so bossy, mean, and not honest. I would give 0 and never recommend this place. It was 2 days ago, but I am still in shock because of her rude attitude. I am sure this place will go out of business soon.

If Zero was an option they would get zeroBecause they wasted my timeThey didnt greet me neither the blonde lade I think irene or the man with no personality wearing sunglassesAs i stood there waiting to be helped i observed the lady interacting with other customers rudelyEventually the gentleman helped me and it was like watching paint dryAfter he gave me a price i had a question about how much they were offering per ounce and when he went to ask the lady she basicaly barked at me yelling “ whatever he said, Thats the price !! “ i was like okay…. Not what i was asking but thanks for yelling at me … i ll take my things please. I said thanks for your rudeness and for wasting my time!!!I left so upset. I did look up another place in the area on google and read the reviews. I had an awesome experience. So DONT settle for this placeHonestly dont know how they have stood in business for 20 years maybe she was a nicer person back then

I have visited J & C Mart a few times and always come back. Since selling jewelry and coins from inheritance that is shared, I get a few prices, so I chase around and have come back to J & C Mart each time. They are thorough and fair. Came to Jewelry Mart with silver coins and worked with Irene. She was very helpful and offered a fair price. I had taken the same coins to another dealer who offered much less. My experience is if you're selling coins, come here for fair prices and great service.

Great jewelry establishment! Came in and was offered double what out of town “roadshows” offered us for our rare coins. Wouldn’t do business elsewhere good deal on watch repair as well! Some interesting itemsthat caught my eye!

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received with the Jewelry and Coin Mart in Schaumburg. I had to repair a piece of jewelry, and they did a great job restoring it to its former glory. It looks brand new now. Thank you so much for the great work you have done and the price. They possess knowledgeable wisdom to handle jewelry for a very long time, and it shows. In my humble opinion, not everybody does! I was stunned by how much exciting jewelry they have, not including new items but adequate older items from different periods and countries. The prices are reasonable compared to other stores. Again thank you so much for your help with my jewelry, and looking forward to seeing more items coming to your store.
