I now live out of state. I called Osco (2501 Schaumburg Rd.) for some past information on shots and vaccines I had. I was given the attention as if I were a current customer standing in front of them. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful beyond words. I sure miss my Osco. They are the BEST!

Sometimes the wait can be long and there are always people waiting. A few times they hadnt filled my prescription even though the doctor sent it several hours before. That could just be lack of staffing. Overall the pharmacists and techs are helpful to the best they can be.
