Only thing you’ll get here is giant attitudes, regular tasting subs, and mini minded, incompetent, and inconsistent employees who are more interested in protecting their ego than giving basic customer service. This store is poorly run. They don’t know how to listen to orders, neither do they know their own standards. I’ve experienced rudeness for no reason from the teenage kids who work here multiple times. Spend your money elsewhere.

My teen son is autistic and eats few things. One of the things he eats is jersey mikes with bread, cheese, lettuce and ranch… and it can’t touch anything else while being made. We are always treated with kindness and respect with our special request. In our world, this mean a ton! Thank you!!

My sandwich was good, and delicious. Second sandwich was also delicious, but we had a third sandwich that was not what we ordered, and was only partially eaten, and the rest was thrown away.

I had ordered online at 630pm for pick up at 650. I got there and they were out of bread already apparently. They claimed they also tried to call me to inform me but I didn't receive any calls. Really upsetting since this isn't the first time they have said they are out of bread after 6pm. The hours should reflect the true hours the staff is willing to work.

Jersey Mike's makes an excellent Philly Steak sandwich! Service is quick, but sandwiches are a bit pricey ($$$). Two full size sandwiches with chips and drink cost me over $42.

This place has really gone down hill. Two times in a row they've messed up our order and been incredibly slower getting the sandwiches ready than usual. It seems like the place is run by high school kids and they sure act like it. Take forever to come talk to customers at the register, instead run around and act like children screaming at each other. They were out of all bread but wheat bread somehow. We ordered a #13 with no cappacuolo, no ham, and no prosciutto and add mayo and they put all the meats we requested not to be on there, on there, did not add mayo. Barely any onions on either sandwich we ordered. Once again this is the second time in a row this has happened. I went there 15 minutes after ordering and still had to wait 15-20 minutes. Used to be I would place an order and head there right away and 5 mins later when I'd get there the food would be ready. Hire some adults. Used to frequent here cause it's so close to our house but we will be finding a different location or going to Jimmy Johns or Subway.

I don't understand why I put name for online order for pickup and these names are not marked on the bags of the orders?So we have to open each bag and unroll the wrap in order to figure out whose order is which.Just the extra step of writing name for an order is great customer service. I would imagine that's the reason the app asks for the name, right?If not for that, I would have given 5 stars.Update after response from owner.I don't have to reach out. I already wrote the issue. Hopefully, your franchise will resolve the complaint by making sure the online orders have the names written outside of the sandwich wrapper, especially when it's multiple orders.

Sis and I will only go to this location even though we live in Bartlett! The guys are great and also very efficient in getting our orders ready. What else could we ask for!

Yummy sammiches! I love their food and the employees are friendly. They were singing along with the music for a bit which made me smile! They do tend to run out of bread towards the end of the night, just a heads up!

Messed up our order, did not label any wrappers, was not respectful of the fact that we requested Gluten-Free because of allergy and we were not sure if the one we got was actually GF. We asked them to make another one and there was some push back/refusal to admit mistake.

I ordered online and it was easy and user friendly. They do have a rewards program - I recommend signing up for it if you plan on getting jersey mike's often. They provide an estimated ready time and it was accurate!The inside is a small sandwich spot, there are a few seats to dine in and also a 'to go shelf' if you order online. As far as the sandwich it was too oily for me and pretty bland. I do like how thin their deli meats are cut and the portions are pretty generous.
