Jerry's Collision is amazing! We worked with Tim and he bent over backwards to get the most out of our insurance, even though they were being completely unworkable. I hardly had to do any negotiating because Tim went to bat for me. I had never damaged a car before and had no idea what the process looked like, and he helped me through everything and made sure we got a decent sized claim out of insurance.

Couldn’t be more happy with the body work done on my car after the accident. From the estimate to completed work I was treated very professionally. Scott always answered all my questions and concerns. Service and communication was excellent and I’m a very “particular” kind of person on customer service. I received my car in amazing condition. Jerry's did an excellent job removing a long scratch on my rear passenger door caused by my mother in law scraping my door with her side view mirror as she backed up. I went in on Monday and they were able to take me on Wednesday and now it looks like nothing happened in the first place- the scratch is completely gone.

Jerry's Collision Center did a fantastic job repairing my Mustang Mach E. It was stressful being involved in an accident that was not my fault and damaging a car that is only a year, but everyone at Jerry's reduced that stressed. They dealt with the insurance company for me to ensure the right parts were used for repairs. I had my car back in less than a month and I cannot tell that is was repaired. Bought a new wrangler and dealer sent it to them for paint defects from factory, what was supposed to be done wasn’t done same hinges, paint scratched roof quarter panel not replaced, buffer burns on hood, keep was a mess when I got it back and tracker showed they stopped at Hyundai dealer parts department when returning it to keep dealer. I refused to bring it back to dealer to send it again to them. Think carefully before you bring anything to this place .Services: Painting

I recently had my Toyota repaired at Jerrys , I was recommended by Elgin Toyota. Upon my arrival at the shop I was greeted by a man named Scott. I informed him of my concerns, then another man in the office happened upon conversation. I later found out his name was Tim, between these 2 gentleman they guided me through a very difficult process. They got my insurance company involved. With the help of Scott and Tim my vehicle was returned to its original condition maybe even better. Using what they called OEM parts, I later learned that those are parts from the manufacture not after market. I would recommend this shop to anyone who as myself found there self in a very difficult possession after a accident. Also on a side note upon picking my vehicle up at the shop my car was as clean as when I 1st purchased it. I later asked Scott and Tim and I was informed it was a young man named David who cleaned my car, once again thank you for a great a job and i will recommend you guys to everyone i know if they get in the same situation as I sincerely Sott McKenna

Just had some auto repairs done on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler at Jerry's. I got in a fender bender and needed my front bumper replaced. I dealt with Scott. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They got my parts in quickly and the work was done in a quick and convenient matter. Excellent work was done and affordable. My jeep looks great! You can't even tell that it was in an minor accident. I highly recommend using Jerry's Collision Center!
