Okay so I was at this store I forgot the lady’s name who help me I’m so sorry I’ll update your name next time I come in she was obviously not a manager but her behavior was very professional she was very polite anything I ask about she helped very welcoming wasn’t rushing made eye contact I had stopped coming to the store for a little bit because I encountered one or two rude employees constantly being constantly kept asking if need anything after I already said no i felt like I was being watched or judged coming into this store their body language was not welcoming appear to have attitudes looked upset and I normally spent big money here so yea it would be nice if somebody can look into what is going on with some of the attitudes with some of the employees because that messes with sales and people not wanting to give you service. It’s no reason why someone should be on shift that attitude is that negative and can’t greet the customers with respect this definitely throws the whole vibe off and considering tax time you all Could lose a lot of money And customers because of the service because of The attitudes and unprofessionalism I myself am in the sales business first thing we learn is how to take self criticism how to greet the employees and accountability etc but over all I like this store just not the way a few employees carry themselves

I had a very bad experience with this store and if I could give them no stars I would. First of all, the employees are really slow , with attitude and ignorant . Second of all, the so called manager (Woman, black hair ) of the store is very unprofessional, rude and has no costumer service skills. Lastly, at least on of the employees should always be by the register.

I came into the store yesterday looking for shoes i was approached by the manager Ari she helped me find everything I needed she also had excellent customer service,I’ll definitely be coming back !

I went into the Woodfield JD Sports location to do a return on Jan 8 2024, thinking it would be a nice experience; however, to my surprise, I experienced the most disrespectful, discriminative, and unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. This lady called a “MANAGER,” called security on me because she couldn’t handle that I was exercising my right to speak out as a customer. In a very polite and reasonable manner, I told her that I didn’t have an email when she was demanding for one in order for a return to be initiated. She threatened me with calling the security, saying she didn’t feel “comfortable“ with me because I would not provide her an email address. Shame on her for calling security for the most minimal thing, this manager is incompetent, she is not capable of dealing with customers the proper way. Customer service requires, patience, understanding and respect for all customers, all qualities which this manager does not exhibit. To top it off, this manager was not even willing to provide me with any contact information to file a complaint.I have purchased from this JD Sports location several times, but after this situation I’m no longer making any purchases at JD Sports. This experience was unpleasant and very discriminatory. All customers should be able to return or exchange their purchases with just a receipt, and not have security called on them for not providing an email address, when you don’t have one.We the customers demand JD Sports remove this shameless manager from their position! Customers deserve dignity and respect!President John F. Kennedy introduced the “Consumer Bill of Rights” in 1962. If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service experience. The manager of the store is super rude and has no clue about customer service. Who ever trained her, shame on you! If you are not allowing refund without a receipt, then at least give me store credit, so I know you want my business. This was supposed to be an issue asy refund that turned into to worst shopping experience. I will never go back to that store as they treat customers like their enemies. Someone should have looked into this manager as she has worst attitude ever.

I used to buy sneakers from this store regularly but no more. At least not while that short girl with more make up that she needs and nails longer than her fingers works there. Extremely rude and emotionally challenged creature. Make a note, I am not the first reviewing her nasty conduct.

They never answer the phone been calling for 3 days no answer! I received two left shoes from this store please check box since they don’t do their job right there.

Worst customer service— manager miriam seem very irritated— any one that ask her a question she either rolled her eyes or talked down to them including her employee - trying to help ring a customer- stating they couldnt purchased a pair of shoes! i went to get an exchange- she couldn’t do it because it was holiday season- and i guess she has her own rules.. she was very rude- ! Didn’t have time to argue- really should look into her attitude problem.

Very disrespect from the Manger Maryam first line to long only one or two Cashier and the rest walking around the Manger used her finger to talk to me on her tone I felt decrement I disappoint with management not thinning the Manger first how to respect a customer's and be helpful but when you see so many reviews one start this is so bad should be the district manager take action so disrespect from you Maryam but still I will follow complaints against you in BBB good luck in your business.

The store manager Cristian was very helpful with a return. After another employee gave us a hard time and no explanation on what other action we could take. Cristian was very professional and solved our issue really quick! Awesome service!

Do yourself a favor and find some other store. Go there if you want to wait for more than 1 hour after you selected the shoes and just to hear the requested size is not available.
