Jay Patel, is a genuine and amazing real estate realtor! He’s the kind of guy who always picks up the phone when you call, no matter what. He goes out of his way to find a perfect dream home for you. I had a pleasure of working with Jay to find my dream home. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my needs and preferences and was always available to answer any concerns I had along the way.One thing I love the most about Jay, is that he is very honest and transparent. He never pressured me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with, instead he would provide me all the information I needed to make an Informed decision. When it came to negotiating and handling all the paperwork, he was a total pro.All in all, I can’t recommend Jay enough.
