Be very careful with this dealer! I just found out the vehicle I purchased off them was in a major car accident and with both airbags deployed and I was misinformed about this vehicle. All paperwork I signed said it was one owner and never in a accident. Manager Raul Tomsa said there is nothig he can do to help.

Agreed with other review. Should be ZERO instead of 1 star. After many years of having service with Land Rover and Mercedes. This was the worst experience I got. Felt like a ripped off. Dropped of my car for regular maintenance service for 18000 miles on a 2-year-old car. Last time I got it was around $1000. This time $1995 after already discount of $150. How? I'm a woman with not much car experience but how a 2-year-old car cost that much for service? I just google today and it shouldn't be that much either. There was no explanation to me that there is extra work and here is extra cost at all. Jason Palmer the consultant is another story. When things like this shock you. You will recognize how ... of the person. I don't know the word to even described him. Brought up his experience of 30 years and how much he saved the customers on cost of maintenance their cars. That is a completely fault. Maybe the recording should be there for all customer interaction at the consultant desk. Because camera without sound is nothing and we can't even use to defend ourselves as customer. I had emailed the manager about the issues and still no response after 24 hours. When the car is in excellent condition, and you had to paid $1995 for regular 18000 miles service is extreme ridiculous. This kind of service made me think that it's time to change to different brand of car in which is coming soon.

Mike buedal, that's all I have to say! Great customer sales rep and he's so nice ask him about the haunted house his family does every year! He's very extensive and helpful with buying process loving the experience which is very hard to say when coming to a dealership. We bought a car and we're very happy with his service.

They have terrible service I agreeAlright well this review base on discrimination and the customer service of this place. I brought my car to be service at this location due to they had a sooner appointment to have my car looked at . My range rover needs a new gear shifter the car won't come out of park. They proceed to tell me that they look for this part and no one in the world has it. them comes back and says I found a part but there's no guarantee of when it will get her my car could be sitting there for months with already my car has been sitting there for a month . So I ask okay can someone appraise the car and get me something else because they also have no loner cars to accommodate me. 1st off nobody called me back I had to keep calling to get answers and was told they where so busy! So I went up there I get there I walk in no one greeted me stood in the front for like 5 mins before i started walking over to a person to get help I got no answers and treated like i wasnt worth the time i got a ride came 64 miles to be treated so unkindly and still not be accommodated! I finally found the salesman who was supposed to be working with me who never call back and said he would JOHN DAVID I guess because I was African American it was no need to be kind or show and type of care to my situation this man told me I need 10k in order to get something else. Told me oh I appraise your car it is very nice but yeah it's nothing I can do .knowing if they fixed my car and put it on there lot they gone sell it for double of what they was trying to offer me. Then of course they still don't have no loner cars but I pull up and it's lot full of cars and people all walking around playing and goofing around with each other where I was completely ignored! These people told me well how about go through your insurance and get a rental so you want me to pay for a rental pay to get the car repaired pay my car note and car insurance for a car I'm currently not driving . All because you quote on quote don't have a loner car ! Ask to speak to the finance manger John told me he's just going to tell you the same thing what's the point but I'll go get him but finance manager never even to came see what customer needed or wanted . NONETHELESS THE TREATMENT WAS UNBELIEVABLE FOR IT TO BE RANGE ROVER . SO Definitely going higher up because this is definitely ridiculous this definitely is not going to be the last that this location hears from me and about me !

Went to purchase a new Range Rover waited over 30 minutes with no help! I was going to trade in my 2020 Ford Baja Raptor valued at $130,000 for a $100,000 Range Rover they offered us $65,000 for a truck that sells for over $150,000 on any lot! They told us their clients don't purchase trucks!! The Ford Shelby Raptor was worth more then any Rang Rover on the lot! We made the decision to purchase from another Range Rover Dealer purchase a new Range Rover 2021 for $125,000 they gave us $117,000 for our Shelby Baja Raptor! Then gave us a $5,000 discount on the new Range Rover!! Wrote them a check and left happy! Land Rover of Schaumburg "Stop ripping off your customers"

I'm updating my rating to a 1 as of 10/6/2021. If I could give them "0" I would. Don't buy a car here as there customer service in every department is non-existent. Senior management doesn't follow up with you either. If you like getting treated very poorly after spending $70k-$140k on a car and also being treated like just another number on their sales board afterward, then your in the right place! The dealership was sold to Ziegler Motors around February 2020. The previous dealership owners always provided excellent customer service in all areas over the PRIOR 10 years when it was Land Rover Hoffman Estates/Schaumburg and Motorwerks (see my previous review). I was always attended to with my 7 previous car purchases from them. Since then most of the good employees have left including my sales person. They never followup, and have no sincerity to help you. I received no followup from 2 senior managers and it's been over 2 weeks! You are better off going to other JLR dealerships. The one in Naperville is very good and a much better choice. They are courteous, provide excellent service and actually follow up with you promptly.

Needed a front license plate holder installed. Called service and made an appointment stating what I needed. Took time off of work, drove there, and they did not have the part. Went back a week later and they installed it crooked. I don't plan to go back. If they can't manage a simple license plate holder, I definitely do not have confidence in them handling more complex repairs/maintenance issues. They are not detailed-oriented and over priced.

Drove an hour out of my way, passing up other dealerships, to buy a vehicle here and service another. Service - two sides to this. Buying a vehicle, everyone we met with was friendly, knowledgeable and serviceable. There was a moment that was taking forever. Little did we know that they were working to get us a better deal, without us even asking. They even took their time to validate our trade in request. I'd buy over and over again. - Servicing other car. Extremely friendly. Advised on other things but, super accommodating on multiple items. Atmosphere - LandRover is behind other brands in updating their dealerships. - This location is on par with high end Mercedes dealerships, which was a pleasant surprise. Selection - Who ever is buying their vehicles knows what they're doing. - the vehicles they order have the right equipment you want, while still maintaining to a resonable price. - In fact, I built a vehicle online with just what I really needed/wanted and the one I purchased was near identical.

If you are looking for a new rover this is the place to go. Patrick and John were super helpful and willing to work out a fair deal. Much more helpful then some other Land Rover stores.

What an experience from a dealership, let alone a Land Rover at that.. I actually live two miles away from one but decided to try our luck further away after no one approach us when looking at at the new Defender. I am a big fan of the brand, so naturally I was rooting for the team after owning a disco 4 and daily driving a 91 RRC hunter edition , I know all about the quirks of of owning a vehicle that is steep in it's heritage. Luckily Land Rover Schaumburg did not disappoint when Ronnie Robles and Mr Nelson more than made up for the sour experience.

Pitiful service. Purchased the Car from out of State. Got nothing but lip service from Mgmnt about how they sell many, many cars out of State. The dealership and I struck a deal. I wired the money. I was told the vehicle needed insurance before they would let it leave the lot. Essentially holding the vehicle (HOSTAGE) until they got insurance. I explained that the vehicle was going to be shipped out of state to me. They Said "Range Rover requires insurance" which is bull shit considering if we wanted to use the car a a paperweight we could. The relationship ends once the vehicle was put on the out of state transport. I was then told the title and all the paperwork was in the glove box. Deliberate and false lie - it was not. I made repeated calls looking for the title. I was told yet again, they needed more information, more documents before they could release the title. I was told some slobbering story that the title had to be sent to my County Tax Office. I screamed at them the County Tax Office did not buy the vehicle, I did. Needless to say, I retained an attorney and POOF. I got the title. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM UNTRAINED CIRCUS MONKEYS WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE CORRECT BUSINESS WORLD WORKS.

All around excellent dealership from the sales to service I couldn't be happier. Many years later I ran into my salesman and he remembered the exact car I purchased and was very honest throughout the whole process. Service is where this dealership really shines as well. My service advisors: Ruby and Christian were both extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. If you want to get ripped off and have a terrible experience please go to Land Rover Chicago on Paulina street like I used to do. But if you want to have an amazing experience from start to finish I strongly recommend going to Land Rover Schaumburg!

I absolutely love Land Rover Schaumburg ... I have bought 3 cars from them in past 2 year and never disappointed. Patrick lecinski, Adam Redd is a gem, finance manager has been superb and John Nelson totally supportive. I don't think a better high end automotive dealer exists. Regardless where you live you owe it to yourselves to check them out before you buy. I will buy from them again and highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Please do yourself and favor and DO NOT buy a Range Rover. I bought a brand new Velar and will definitely be my first and last Range Rover. I have had 3 used cars and this brand new $98k vehicle has had more problems than all my previous used cars combined. Literally. Multiple times this vehicle would not start due to electrical / software issues. Yes you heard it. A brand new $98k car won't even start. I've had multiple service appointments / software updates here. Nearly 3 years later (got it brand new late 2017) it is still not fixed. Also randomly all the instrumentation / dashboard will shut off while driving. See the pic. Yes that is while the car is in motion and the entire dash is dead. No speed, fuel, turn signal. This is on a good day. Sometimes the car wouldn't even start. 3 years later and nearly 5-6 software updates promising to "fix the problem" and it is still doing it. I am now out of the 50k factory warranty. I paid $4,500 for the 100k extended warranty at the time of purchase. You'd think this would cover this problem right? NOPE! They charged me $574 for a software update to fix this problem that has been there since I got it. Also. The remote app is awful. Just as unreliable as the vehicle. Maybe even worse. Car doesn't start half the time. See attached pic. 1.5 / 5 stars with over 1,000 reviews. I'm not making this stuff up. Look up other vehicle brand apps. MUCH better consumer satisfaction. I truly do not understand how anybody who is aware of the horrible reliability of Range Rover would waste time, money and sanity on such an overpriced unreliable vehicle. Please do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING else.
