This place is Great! Always kind and courteous. I've been a customer since 2012, and will continue to be. I made a deposit on a bracelet, and then moved away. I came back after over two years and they still honored my deposit with a store credit minus a $45 cancelation fee. I highly recommend going to see the beautiful jewelry on display at International Diamonds!

Be careful with them they are scammers. They don’t accept refund’s. I recommend you Zales is a better company and they accept refunds.

This guy come and says I put a one star review for no reason. This is strictly due to his rudeness and condescending behavior toward my wife. Don’t come at me and make lies up, I won’t stand for someone disrespecting my wife and raising their tone of voice at her.

Worst place to buy jewelry. Bought my wedding band from here and asked for a specific stone. They promised to deliver the ring I had picked out with my stone. When I came to pick up the ring, it was a completely different ring. Had they informed me that the ring might be slightly different because of the modification, I would have never purchased it. When I asked them why this was never mentioned to me and why I have to settle for the ring I got, the main guy started to get hostile with me. NEVER BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS PLACE. Not friendly, not willing to accommodate, do not trust this place to deliver the correct product.

Do not stand behind their product. Bought a gold chain and it snapped within two weeks. Will fix it if I pay to have it fixed. Don’t spend your money here. Very disappointed in their customer service.I never said I bought it 2 weeks ago. I said it broke within two weeks of wearing. You knew full well when I bought it it was a Christmas gift. Which was 2 weeks before the day it broke. If you choose to be the type of business that would rather make $25 then to help a customer out, at least the first time a problem arises shortly after buying a product, to keep them happy and possibly coming back to buy more in the future then that’s fine. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Bought a gold chain supposedly of good quality and it snapped in two weeks. They will not fix under warranty. They don't cover breakage. Even if their jewelry is crap. I should've know better. Don't spend your money here. Very disappointed

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Every time I come here, I am greeted by the friendliest and most helpful people. I came in looking for a small "J" that would look nice on my chain and I am not disappointed in the slightest. Pictures really don't do it justice! I always look forward to coming back and I highly recommend International Diamond Company to anybody looking to find quality jewerly!!

(I plan on editing this review once we get the rings, hence the 4 stars, but I fully anticipate giving 5.)My partner and I stopped here to get our ring fingers measured and get a sense of what I might like for an engagement and/or wedding ring, as well as himself. Within 30 minutes, we had purchased 3 total rings: my engagement ring, my wedding ring, and his wedding ring. Their selection was very good and it worked out perfectly to show many styles of bands and gems and help me decide on what I would like best. My partner also quickly found his dream ring in the store, which was incredible. We had Zack initially helping us, and he was very quick to let us see and handle whatever rings we wanted to check out, and answer basic questions. Then Nick came and calculated cost, and we were shocked at the low cost compared to other places we were looking. Nick and Zach were very gracious and cordial to us, and were very clear in offering cleanings and discussing replacement options should something go wrong, as well as payment plans. As of now, we are very happy with our purchases, and will go to pick up the rings properly in a few weeks. Great customer service, good selection of items, just overall a good experience :)Edit: Happy to update with a full five stars! My partner came and picked my rings up separate from me and was again helped by Zach and Nick. They shared excitement with him and took great care of him, even giving two high quality ring boxes at no cost. According to my partner, the rings look wonderful and are clearly good quality, and he is very happy with the result. I came a week later to pick up my partner's ring, and it was a very smooth and efficient pickup. The ring looks perfect and well crafted, and I know my partner will be happy with it when he finally is able to wear it. Thank you Zack, Nick, and IDC for the enormous help and wonderful, enthusiastic, and helpful customer service we received. Will definitely recommend in the future for other jewelry or for ring shopping.

I love this store! I was looking for a very specific pair of earrings for my mother. She wanted gold, not too big, and easy to put on. Zack helped me find the perfect pair for the perfect price and my mother loves them! I will definitely be back.
