I promise this restaurant was my favorite. We always stopped by because I was sure we will get same delicious food as always BUT not anymore. Not sure what changed but food is not as good as it was. Mashed potato tasteless, gravy watery. There was no my favorite pear water in machine and I asked about it but no one rushed to make a refill I thought that you might be super busy, or maybe one time mistake, sometimes it happened. But when me and my family came and got same low quality food and no flavored water in machine again and on request no one is going to refill it that is not okay. Looks like new restaurant manager has no clue how to handle it. You guys from nice place with delicious food turn to no go place for me anymore. I really hope that you will go back to the level you was before

After changing to kiosks food quality went terrible. No flavors on anything. Mac and cheese was the worst I’ve ever

I stopped in for something quick and stopped for lunch after my showings. The time it took me from the entrance to the food court was long than the drive to there. They make you walk through all the sections before getting to the restaurant. Food was good. Service was ok. You order on the screen and pick up the food at the counter.

I love how the service remodeling was done, it gives a layer of privacy for the customer and the cooks. The issue is the food, it tastes inauthentic and as if it came out of a package in a freezer, and with this taste the price is super high. Compared to what the IKEA restaurant food used to be—warm, authentic, available, affordable food— I feel disappointed as to what the restaurant is today. Side note, the only meal available are meatballs, there are many options to choose from yet none of them are available.

Quick cafeteria style dining, goo simple food. Limited by being a cafeteria in a furniture store, of course, but we all know the meatballs are worth it. Strangely averse to having lids for their beverages (coffee, etc ).

When in need of a quick cost effective meal while shopping, the IKEA restaurant is the place to go. Although prices have sky rocketed in the past few years, the flavors and food is still the same. I can always count of them for satisfying my craving if Swedish meatballs. The restaurant is located in the center of the top floor and to order you just go up to the kiosk and order as you please. Once you're done ordering you'll get a ticket with a number and it will be called out for you to grab from the counter. I do miss the people aspect of ordering and walking around but I totally understand the chance. Also note that the extra meatballs were $4 for 4 meatballs! I'll definitely be back to fulfill a craving or grab a bite to eat while shopping again. :)

I love IKEA. I used to love their food and ambience in the restaurant.A lot has changed. The automated ordering on large screens and picking up trays from the cafeteria lady killed the pleasant experience. The meatballs were tasty, the potatoes atrocious. The chocolate cake was excellent. No creamer in machines, not refilled after I asked either. Sticky coffee mug we needed to exchange. The workers were pleasant, but the vibe was just wrong. It used to be a cheap good lunch option, but after spending 20 bucks for me and my daughter, where coffee and her meal were free and my meal was discounted with the family card, I no longer consider it a good deal. Such a shame.

Food is so delicious, and the veggie meatballs are the best. The ceasar salad was so good, too. The cinnamon roll was tasty! They have great food and pretty affordable prices. The veggie dog is just okay. I would not get it again, but for $2, it's not bad. They also have ICEE. The drinks are free refills in both restaurant and cafe. The Swedish restaurant is located on the 3rd floor and the Bistro cafe is on the first. You have to order through the touch screen kiosks!Vegetarian options: They have veggie meatballs, veggie hotdogs, French fries, salad, etc

The food was good. The price was great. However, I would not go out of my way to eat here. Only if I was shopping and got hungry.

Food was bland as is best, bean were almost uncooked same as peas, then rice was overdone mash almost same as mac and cheese, shall i mention the unappealingchicken skin or the excessive condiment on the Havana chicken? Very unbalance way to season food, plantains and cod were the only worth

The seating area is mostly clean and very spacious with a lot of room and I really love the little coloring area for small children. That being said I am still mad at IKEA for taking chicken meatballs off their menu as it was the best thing they had. Also the kiosks were beyond frustrating and everyone using them at the time I was there had people having to come over and help them. I miss the days of being able to walk up to the food, see what was fresh, and order. They're fast at serving you, but I dunno I prefer the old way. The chocolate cake is still amazing though.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to IKEA ..,well since they had good food. Today was absolutely disappointing. Except for their meatballs and lingonberry sauce, everything is changed in the menu…for the worse. Never again for us (3)
