Adrianna was amazing at helping us! She was very patient and kind. She was the only employee in the store, but was quick and efficient helping all the customers. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you’re thinking of getting your ears pierced.

Isalla, the kind woman working here, helped me out SO much. I came here on Black Friday and she was the only person working the store, yet she took the time to understand a concern that I had about a complicated purchase I was trying to make. She was patient, listened, and helped me figure it all out and make the purchase I wanted. In a stressful and overworked environment, she handled my concern in a professional, respectful, and kind way.

I felt very uncomfortable, i felt watched. Was treated very rudely. Was going to take part in there buy 3 get the fourth free. But left with nothing cause of the unfriendly staff.

My friend and I went to go get her ears pierced, the lady was super nice and was great at piercing but she told us that the total would be around $30 on the phone but at the end it was around $70 and she was very unclear with the price. I would just recommend getting them done by yourself.

Icing was awesome! My wife and I walked in looking for some inexpensive jewelry and walked out with some trendy hats too. Great service and tons of trendy things that we used for gifts.

I gave my girls $30 to purchase some bandannas. They came out with change and a receipt that didn't reflect them even giving the cashier the $30. I went in and asked about it and they counted the drawer but obviously the money wasn't there... it walked away with the cashier. Not cool and I'll never purchase from your store again!
