The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is a very nice, big, and modern place. Reviews note the rooms are clean, quiet, spacious, and modern with wonderful bathrooms. The staff is excellent, friendly, and accommodating, with particular praise for the bar and hospitality. The hotel is in a really busy area near malls and restaurants and is considered very safe. However, some guests reported issues with housekeeping not arriving when requested and found GPS directions and entrance access unclear. The atmosphere can sometimes be loud. The pool is good and food service is on point with lots of great choices, though some find it a bit expensive.
The staff was exceptional kind and enthusiastic! The rooms were cleaned well, extremely quiet, and all amenities worked nicely. The breakfast buffet and bar were both good. I stay at this hotel often for work and look forward to my stays here!

Raul Guilfu, Klaudia and Austin were very helpful! I was concerned about parking my car for a few days while attending meetings and not having time to go check it, and they ensured me that they’d check on it for me to put me at ease. They deserve a raise!
