The tax preparer knew less about income taxes than I did. I paid a lot of money for some one to ask me questions from a computer program that I could have answered myself.

Horrible experience here and most likely not going back next year, I was woken up out of my sleep by my bank telling me that whoever i did my texes with got my account number wrong ? after the fact that I repeated the account number a few times, and it was already in the system from the year before............ . And than on top of that after calling multiple different locations I Barely had anybody that was of help and I'm still expecting a call from them to tell me they fixed it wich I probably won't get... I paid over 12000 dollars in taxes last year and got nothing in return wich is my fault I think but the guy who did my taxes rushed through them faster than anyone I've seen and was unprofessional for the most part. B*******, have a good day everyone ?
