“Will definitely stay here again when in Schaumburg. We were attending an expo nearby and the commute was super close & easy. Everything we wanted to do and see was a short drive from the hotel. The staff was friendly. Our room was great! Spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, the area to get food and drink is a tight squeeze but they have additional seating available. Very satisfied with our stay.”
“Quiet location, but still a bit of a drive to 94, but worked for my needs. Area felt safe and there was a lot of things around. Room was clean, but had a slight damp smell from the AC unit. Beds, bedding, mattress pad and mattress were clean when I checked for ged bugs…no bed bugs either! Bathroom appeared clean. Security lock on door was falling out of door jamb and needed repaired and I thought that should have been noted by housekeeper and fixed between guests. Room was large. Staff was friendly. Just had fruit and yogurt for breakfast, but looked better than typical hotel breakfast food. I do not stay at Hilton Garden Inns often, but will look for them more after this stay.
Rooms: Bigger than expected. Bed was comfortable with a firm but cushioned mattress. Housekeeping did a good job. Mini fridge had a small freezer which was great for an ice pack.”
“Front lobby is very inviting! The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful!! The room is very clean. The bathroom could use being a bit bigger. Multiple ballroom's for events and gatherings! Gym is hidden, though has a fair amount of barbells.Rooms: Rooms are extra clean”

901 E Woodfield Office Ct, Schaumburg“We are a family of 5 from Canada so needed space. Finding Sonesta in Schaumburg was a godsend because it had space like mini-apartments with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. And it was situated in a perfect location in a very quiet and nice part of the Chicagoland area. A huge plus for us was the close proximity to the family events. The price wasn't bad either paying just around $400USD for 2 nights. The people at the front desk were new management, but were extremely nice (especially Saleem) and accommodating. The unit itself was nice with comfortable beds and clean kitchenette. There was some issues we found like the carpet seemed kind of old, and the baths weren't equipped with shampoos etc. And there was some weird smell as if the last people were cooking in there. And the morning breakfast was not fully stocked so it was kind of basic. The kids did complain that their beds, carpets, and headboards did have some stains on them. One of my main gripes is the positions of the washroom sinks which is outside the actual bathroom. I never liked nor understood this concept with hotels as as there really isn't enough privacy with multiple people in the unit to wash up and change clothes etc. Overall, Sonesta did the job and there is still room for improvement so we would still definitely recommend.”
“Stayed here overnight for a work trip and had an excellent experience. My flight landed super early and the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to get me into my room so I could relax before my meetings started. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. There was a nice sitting area in one corner, the bathroom was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. Can’t ask for much more. Overall my stay here was very pleasant - the next time I’m in town this is where I’ll be staying!”

1610 McConnor Pkwy, Schaumburg“I recently stayed for 5 weeks at the Residence Inn in Schaumburg, IL, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and comfortable. I want to especially thank Daryl and Fawzia, they are incredible assets to the residence team and single handedly made my experience so wonderful.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The daily breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the evening social events were a wonderful way to unwind and meet other guests.
What stood out the most during my stay was the staff's dedication to making my experience memorable. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply offering a friendly chat, the team at Residence Inn Schaumburg made me feel like a valued guest every single day.

Also I wanted to thank Melissa, Claudia, Mayreel, Joyce (event caterer), Christie, Lukas, Tyler, Seth, KP, and Brittney!!”
“We stayed one night here in the jacuzzi suite. Rooms are very nice and clean. The bed was not comfortable and the shower was ok. The jacuzzi needed cleaning. The free breakfast was ok. Located within driving distance of many restaurants and less than 15 minutes from Woodfield Mall. It was ok for one night, but probably wouldn't return.”
“The hotel can be rated with 3 stars. The rooms are quite large. Bathroom also has a lot of space. But getting old.
Rooms: The room was big enough for 3 people. Refrigerator and kitchenette are also available.”

1939 N Meacham Rd, Schaumburg“This hotel has been my general go to for many years when in the Chicago area for work. There have been a significant amount of improvements made over the last few years and it has dramatically improved the experience. Then entire common area, bar, breakfast space, etc has been rehabbed recently and it is huge upgrade. The highlight of this particular Embassy (I stay at a lot of them) is the breakfast and breakfast staff. While embassy in general has a good breakfast, this one a more personal touch with polite service, quick cleaning, and a few added extras like excellent salsa for the omelets and few other extras at the omelet bar.I will also add that during my last two stays, they have resumed daily cleaning of the rooms. Very few hotels have resumed this since COVID so I’m happy to have that return here.I was particularly impressed during a recent stay when the new General manager was walking around clearing tables and engaging with the guests. He also engaged with me as I checked out in the morning. It’s nice to see a GM on the floor willing to help his staff out to make the guest experience better. On the down side, this is an older building and some of the rooms show it. Loud HVAC, tubs instead of walk in showers and older carpet, paint, and decor. It seems like they are gradually working through those renovations so it’s hit or miss whether you get a new or older room. One other thing is the SLOW elevators so hopefully those are on the upgrade list for the near future.”

I will say this is the best stay I’ve ever had in my life so far and I’ve been checked in for less than an hour into a 27 night long stay. My experience with Indu at the front desk has made me feel extremely blessed and I don’t say that lightly because I am a strong believer in God. She (Indu) has helped me with a financial check in issue that she had followed all the protocols and rules and regulations to by the book. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONALLY!!! She still had to tell me to contact customer service which I was happy to do but before I could even dial the phone number to customer service she asked me one more question, I answered and now all of the issues that I had were gone. I have a comfortable hotel room due to Indu’s accommodating behavior. I have peace of mind for 27 nights due to Indu’s accommodating attitude. I have a picture next to Indu that I have put alongside this review due to Indu’s accommodating lifestyle. Thank you Indu for being you to the fullest. I wish I could say more kind words but I do have to get ready for work. Thank you again and again Indu, honestly….
Rooms: Beautiful, special in terms of I have everything necessary to enjoy my stay to the fullest without any issues coming up.”
“Pretty basic hotel but it gets the job done.I was in 225 and the room was nice enough, it had a balcony overlooking the pool and pond out back, great for a nice breeze this time of year. Shower had nice pressure and was hot but the sink only got Luke warm water for some reason. Definitely dated carpet in the room and some parts in the bathroom had the shower peeling from what looked like water damage. Laura from the front desk was very pleasant professional and polite, she definitely deserves a raise or promotion from how she handled herself, the guests and the operation she is absolutely a Dimond in the rough. All in all it was a nice spot for the price I paid ($85).Walkability: Seemed safe and there were people walking around the pond and pool outside, nice spot for a smoke as well”

800 National Pkwy, Schaumburg“I recently stayed at the Doubletree in Schaumburg, Illinois, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was convenient, and the hotel itself had a welcoming atmosphere.
However, I was a little disappointed that I couldn't access all the television channels I expected, such as CBS and NBC. This minor issue didn't overshadow the rest of my stay, but it would have been nice to have access to a wider range of channels.
Despite this small setback, I would still highly recommend the Doubletree Schaumburg for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and overall pleasant stay.”

51 E State Pkwy, Schaumburg“The hotel was priced at a reasonable rate, which l secured through a third party. Because of the price, l can claim to be satisfied with my stay. The only derogatory comment I can write about is the smell in the corridors and lobby. There should never be any noticeable scent, particularly if it's unpleasant. I can't accurately describe the scent other than to say it wasn't a clean one. Cleanliness, unequivocally, should be the paramount, incessant concern of all hotel owners. On the positive side, one of the workers immediately came to my aid when he saw that my card key wasn't functioning properly. Also, a different worker knocked on my door just hours after checking in to provide additional towels. Both of those instances happened without requesting them. I would return to this hotel.”
