When I say that the mall was busy this weekend, it was BUSY. But the staff at this Hot Topic location continued to greet each guest with a smile and ensure that anyone who walked through Hot Topic's doors had a good time. The staff at this location are incredible. Thank you for all of the hard work you do to keep this location running smoothly!

Hot topic is always a must visit when entering the mall. Employees are sweet and are always there to help. Cute selection of jewelry and clothes.I love how this store is always so clean

Went to HT at Woodfield after being disappointed with the treatment I received at another store in the mall. Staff was super nice. The girl that helped me check out was kind and provided great customer service. As I was checking out, I noticed a small stain on the purse I was purchasing and switched it out for another. She let me know I was less than $1 away receiving another HotCash coupon and could get a pin to round it up. As I searched through the pins, she let me know the purse I had switched out for also had a small stain. I switched it again for one that was in great condition. Thank you so much Leah!!!

they have changed a lot in the past 10 years but still have the same basic things. i wish the store was more open so it is easier to move around. Staff is real nice and helpful!!!
