I didn’t make an appointment first impression the hair stylist was not friendly and clearly in a rush to cut my hair since there was another customer that walked in right after. Basically only trimmed the side of my hair and called it a day. Did not even bother cleaning up the bangs and back. I understand there is a need to be efficient in order to service all customers but the service quality definitely needs to be improved. Will not return herefor a haircut.

I showed the picture and asked for a haircut. Is it okay for me to cut my hair like that? It's not the same, it's not the same, it's not the same, and there's something ridiculous about it~What are you doing with your hair cut so messed up?Don't treat customers like that.It’s a beauty salon that’s not worth giving 1 point to.

Love this salon! Friendly staff and speedy services done. I get my highlights done here and it's always very quick which I value. Prices are fair and I appreciate them doing walk ins and last minute appointments. Ask for MJ. She is the best at every type of haircut imaginable and a perfectionist. Will not go anywhere else.

First of all this place sucks because a person that works here ruined my perfect day I had a walk in the park but I went here for the first time and this man gutted my head with the blade and the blade vibrates so much it made me dizzy also he touches your hair so much also when he was washing my hair I swear he took at least 15 hairlines off I’m never going again

My hair is long, and I can't look at myself in the mirror because I appear untidy. I need a haircut to make myself more presentable for society.I couldn't wait any longer, which is why I went immediately to the salon, in hopes they were going to accommodate walk-ins.When I arrived, the stylists were already working on their clients. So I sat in the lobby, waiting patiently and expecting they'd service me eventually. After 5-10 minutes, no one has acknowledged me, which I understand because they're busy and I didn't make a reservation for my cut.My breaking point is when they take a new client instead of me although I was here first and the person was also a walk-in. Still, no one bothered to ask whether they could take me in, so I stormed off, only to have one of the stylists pursue me down outside and assure me they could take me when they finished with the client.When it was my turn, I was swiftly set in the stylist section, where I saw the equipment was filthy and still covered in hair remnants from the prior client. I was happy that the hair stylist cleaned the equipment simply by brushing it before using the clip on me, but I would be more grateful if the stylist sprayed a disinfectant. I just hope I don't catch ringworm after this cut.The entire procedure the hair stylist was making small conversation to distract me from what had happened earlier since I was still furious but my mood changed once I received my hair shampoo the stylist used a hair scalp massager the device was great and helped my entire body relax I was this close to falling asleep.My hairstylist was fantastic. I enjoyed how the stylist empathized to the situation and handled it professionally. The hair stylist was efficient and attentive to my requirements because of you, I look good.

Took kids for haircuts. They started cutting her hair with CLIPPERS! They curled it before we left so the uneveness wasnt noticeable. Went back to get it fixed, they left it 10x worse. Super uneven. And on an angle. Very choppy, and seemed like she gave her exactly ONE layer, when it was suppose to be a straight cut. Charged me $57 for 2 kids cuts. My sons was bad, but nothing compared to my daughters. Horrible cuts.

Amy cut my hair and did a fantastic job! I showed her a picture, and she gave me exactly what I asked for but changed it to fit the shape of my head better. Highly recommend Amy!

The man who worked at the hair shop was extremely impolite to my teenage son. He did not treat him like a valued customer and instead spoke to him harshly, using broken English. As a result, I had to leave with my son without getting his haircut. It is imperative that they improve their basic customer care skills and learn how to treat customers with respect, regardless of their age.Service: Haircut

Do not come here unless you know the people or can clearly communicate with them!!I made the mistake of not being clear about the haircut I wanted, and the male hairstylist took it into his own hands. He gave me fully styled bangs (the older style, korean style ones) & blew them out even. It was not flattering to my face shape and I did not even come in with bangs (unless you count money pieces). After about 2-3 cuts into the bangs, I motioned with my hand to stop the cutting (as I was freaking out at this point), and he responded by dismissing my concerns and that it was merely a "touch-up". A bit worrisome for something that can not be reversed. Also not taking in the input that your client is giving you is quite literally the worst thing you can do.I had to hold in tears on my way out, wearing my hood over my head as I couldn't bear the look I was left with. I didn't have the courage to complain due to how horrified I was by my appearance & general treatment. I will admit to my passiveness as part of the problem, however, I still expected better service. I would forewarn anyone coming in to be very direct about what they like. I felt brushed off by my stylist and was not asked about how the hair was looking even as the haircut continued.My advice upon entry - go up to the desk to about your reservation or they will completely forget about you... I was waiting for about 20 minutes without my name being called despite making a reservation. Call it busy or their type of customer service, but this is my experience.I cannot say I am confident in their ability to style hair or meet client needs. I took my mom here for her haircut and color services for her birthday and thankfully they were able to take us in last min as I called in the morning to make the appointment. MJ did my moms hair and her hair turned out beautiful. My mom loves it and we will be back! So glad that we have found a place close to home.Services: Haircut
