Super friendly and helpful staff. The staff makes the store! They talked to me like a human and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items. I WILL be back because of the staff, even if I have to pay an extra buck or two for the part.

Colin is the man! As a matter of fact, we only go when he is working there.The other workers are fine, but Colin seems to go above and beyond with his service. He takes the time to thoroughly explain different options and he actually teaches us his knowledge.

For people into Gunpla models, this store sells their kits at reasonable prices. I've been to a few different hobby shops in the area for these model kits, and so far, the selections and pricings are the best. The staff seem to have a genuine interest in the hobbies they have in store, and that includes their R/C machines division.

Inventory isn't correct online and I'm totally sick of it. You lost $1k sale on TRX-4 and upgrades because inventory was incorrect. It's happened too many times and I won't be back to a HobbyTown.

I met the short guy with the glasses ? and I had a great time talking about Gundam’s and what my next build should be after building a HG and jumping into one of the most funnest kits I have build, the RG RX-93-V2 Hi-V GUNDAM. He was IMPRESSED that it was my second Gunpla build and that I had made that kind of jump… I was super undecided on which model to take home, Ben was nothing but cheerful and helpful with the whole process. Giving me space whenever he made suggestions, but also letting me know which models to stay away from, at least for now. Since I was undecided ?? on which one to take home, we flipped a coin ? Thanks to him and his KNOWLEDGE I took the Mobile Suit RX-93 V Gundam Ver.Ka and the Neo Zeon MSN-04 Mobile Suit Sazabi Ver.Ka - Yes, they’re both MG kits, I understand that I’m a beginner, but I love the challenge and all the advice he gave me, plus gave a part for my Hi-V Gundam so I could buy a platform and use that, instead of buying two of them to make one to support his weight.Anyways as a first time customer, this place me feel welcomed and appreciated the support from everyone.

Don’t go to this hobby town the short man who works there with glasses has a sour personality instead of making you feel welcome he makes you feel like your doing a mistake. just because you aren’t satisfied with your job or life doesn’t mean you can take it out on customers wanting to join a new hobby ! The tall man on the other hand give him a raise for having to put up with coworkers like that .
