WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I bought 2 items there and returned because of bad quality. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t got my money back. I went in store to find out why I haven’t got the money back and they told me to call their help center. I called and they told me to go back in store they cannot help me , they only help with items bought online. Such a non-sense. Because of that I will never ever buy anything from HM again. I still need my money back!

My wife ordered some clothes from temu website and it’s cheap stuff but I always buy clothes from H&M and it’s great stuff like this short in $35. I have h&m app so it added points for me every time when I do shopping. Quality stuff they are selling not very cheap or not very costly.

I went there looking for black cargo pants (which I was wearing) that I bought from H&M a few years ago. I asked one of the workers if they still sell them, pointing at my pants. "I don't know, you'll have to walk around and see. We have different types of cargo pants spread all over the store. Hope you find them." The guy wasn't going to help. Asked another guy..."I don't know. Check online maybe you can find them there"...he walked off. Maybe the girl behind the desk can help....nope. Tried looking for them on my own, the stock is spread randomly all over. Dumb experience.

Horrible customer service here. The cashier didn't even scan my membership. OMG ? I've never seen it before like this disrespectful. It's unbelievable. I didn't do anything to them. Usually, I shop online but this time ??
