Customer service at its lowest and leaves much to be desired. Employee at the checkout was not able to answer my questions about the refund, he did not even try to help, that’s more upsetting in this case.

Terrible customer service.
Upon walking in I was stared down rather than greeted. All of the workers are on their cell phones pretending to work.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I bought 2 items there and returned because of bad quality. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t got my money back. I went in store to find out why I haven’t got the money back and they told me to call their help center. I called and they told me to go back in store they cannot help me , they only help with items bought online. Such a non-sense. Because of that I will never ever buy anything from HM again. I still need my money back!
