“I can't recommend this place highly enough - THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF! During the height of COVID, I went in and asked the *manager* about what supplements he would recommend taking to help me and my parents (hopefully) make COVID as least bad as possible... as none of us are particularly healthy. He said that there were four supplements that customers seem to be buying to help with that. I bought them and we all took them as soon as symptoms started....and after that first day we were basically symptom-free. THANK YOU!”
“Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. ”
