The selling point is supposed to be no salespeople. But instead they have salespeople recorded on loop blasting on a TV above your head with no way to turn it off or adjust the volume. It’s worse than a regular showroom, because these salespeople won’t shut up and it’s not even relevant to me. My partner and I could not converse about our choices, we could only take it long enough to try out 2 mattresses before we just left because it was on loop and maddening.This COULD have been a great experience if they just gave you a way to control the volume on that display.

They have a TV playing an ad on loop that can't be turned off or muted. It has lots of good information and a loop or two would have been great, but it'd be nice to have a button to stop it. We were looking forward to a calm auditory environment without a salesperson bothering us. This was not that. We only got to try a couple mattresses before we had to leave.

I HATE shopping for mattresses, but found HassleLess to be, well, hassle-less. I was the only person in the store and could try every mattress and pillow for as long as I wanted, without having to tell anyone how I felt about what I was laying on.

Effortless! Just as they say in the commercials. It’s weird to walk in and find absolutely no one in the shop but that made it easy to take our time and choose what we wanted without any pressure. The delivery was as promised. I would definitely shop here again.

What an awesome concept. You go in, you test all the mattresses, you order next day delivery, and you leave up a few hundred bucks without anybody talking to you. They even have a very clean bathroom near the back.

You'd think they'd put a bit more effort in creating best service for the delivery as that is the only human point of contact you have with the company. Indoor mask mandates are not over, yet they didn't have those or booties despite the muddy melting snow they walked through instead of walking up the driveway. Next time we'll order the same mattress from another store that utilizes more respectful delivery practices.

No employees (by design), so it's very easy to look around. Can't yet comment on the service. There's a too short video loop describing their business model.
