Everything was great, the delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were awesome and helpful. This is my second time using HassleLess.

The buying process and delivery was great, however the mattress has a bad odor that has not gone away. When I called customer service I was told to try and use baking soda. Does not seem right for a brand new mattress
